Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! Hallways smelled horrible. Customer service was awful, very rude and unprofessional. You have to pay an extra 30+ dollars for new towels. When we walked into our hotel room we immediately saw roaches, and continued to see them throughout the week. We had to do a full clean of our whole room when we first arrived because it was that disgusting. Does not have curtains, so once the sun comes you have no choice but to get up. I don’t know if it was just our hotel room, but not once did someone come and clean and take out the trash for us. We didn’t know where to dump the trash so we would just leave it outside our door, and we were RUDELY confronted by an employee about the trash. In conclusion, do not stay here unless you’re looking for horrible customer service and unsanitary rooms. If I could give this hotel ZERO STARS I would!

Booked room here for 1 week. First day being here toilet became stopped up. I called front desk at 8am spoke to someone who said they would send maintenance. Waited hours no show. I went to front desk and was told maintenance left at 5p and I’m more than welcome to check out a plunger and do it myself. I needed to use my toilet so I did plunge it myself. Workers look very shady and are not courteous. The rooms are very noisy because of the AC units and bathroom vent which make noise for no reason. The water pressure is a joke and I had someone trying to break in my room at 3:41am! You have to pay $11/week for towels and soap and I have yet to see housekeeping. There are roaches galore and no one changes your sheets. Please beware that customer service doesn’t exist around here. If you CAN find some where else to go!! Horrible experience. I must pass this info on to friends who work with me at State agency. I regret coming here espically being a female college student. Go Noles!!

Room was a good size and clean. Has stove, microwave, and refrigerator, but no plates, cooking utensils, or silverware. Convenient to grocery shopping and not too far from downtown.

Warm environment, clean rooms. This is close to a Walmart and Mcdonalds. Great staff, wonderful residents.

My wife, our two boys , our dogs, and I stayed here for the last 4+ months while trying to find a home. We've had a great experience with the staff! Kristina, Erica, Andrew, and the others have become friends during that time. They have been very gracious and kind during our long stay, making sure we were taken care of. We stayed at a other extended stay in town and switched to Woodsprings, having a better overall experience! During the recent hurricane and power outage they worjed hard to ensure all guests were taken care of, safe, and they had plenty of staff on hand to ensure peace if mind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. Several people we've met have made this their home for years and we've gotten to know some amazing people. Thank you for making a stressful time more manageable for our family!

The room was clean, and the service was nice. Being right in front of the future new U-Haul Smart Mobility Center is really convenient as I will be able to easily get access to the newest options in vehicle sharing, charging stations, and more. Plenty of restaurant and fast food places nearby as well. Though the No. 1 chinese should be taken as no one.

Check on was great. The building smells like smoke. There was two bugs in our room microwave and stove out dated. Good for an over night stay.

Good Location. One of the nicer hotels in Tallahassee near I-10. Close to multiple options for food. It's set back just enough off the main roads that it feels like you are not right on top of a lot of traffic and noise.

Would highly recommend top notch in ever respect! I never write reviews this is a first. From the staff highly professional and friendly to the comfortable rooms and breakfast.This place is a must stay. The happy hour and pool are also a plus. T.Ray
