I really like this hotel. It is the only really nice place to stay in North Irvine. Rooms are big, clean, updated and quiet. Decor is fresh and clean. Staff us ever so helpful. I'm allergic to down and they changed out everything in my room so that I wouldn't get sick. There's a small restaurant on site and you are only minutes from The Spectrum and the train station. There's always fresh citrus water to drink and if course you just have to have the chocolate chip cookies!!!!!

Room was awesome, service great. The breakfast could use some work, but can't beat the location. Didn't have dinner at the restaurant, so can't really judge that. Pool area was clean, as was rest of hotel. Nightly parking fee was a little steep. Warm cookie was a nice touch. In room coffee could be stepped up.

The hotel is lovely. I was there for a boutique Christmas fair. The staff were attentive and friendly. And I loved the fruit infused water. Nice touch.

Rooms are clean and not cramped. The lobby area furniture is nice. Convenient location with shuttle service available to and from John Wayne airport. Restaurant food is surprisingly very good! The bread is delicious and so are the entrees.

Great stay. Helpful staff. The tap were hard to make and hot water wasn't available after 12. Food was good although the menu was short. Overall, a good stay.

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the last couple years, and it has never disappointed. The quality of service, the clean and inviting rooms and grounds, and friendliness of the staff have always been at the highest level. It is with every stay that I leave even more impressed and thankful for how well I am treated. Ashley M is without a doubt the best example of this, and has set a new bar for me. She has gone above and beyond to be both welcoming, and helpful. Thank you Ashley for making my recent stay the best experience ever!

The hotel is located roughly a mile from the Spectrum. Upon arrival, the staff seemed to be in a state of distress that seemed to be due to an influx of unexpected guests using the lobby as their own barroom. Other than that, the service was great. Or Parkinson's was comped, we were given plenty of water and cookies upon arrival, and responded to some odd requests (I needed to borrow a set of flathead screwdrivers to repair a bike tire). The only negative was the pool area was not cleaned overnight. Lots of used towels, empty drinks, and trash about.

Rooms are spacious and nicely updated. Restaurant where breakfast is served it's a little small, but had a nice selection of cold and hot foods. Service at reception was friendly. $19 charge for parking. Cookies are always a treat. Location is situated within a business Park near the Irvine spectrum. Easy access to 5/405 fwys.

Staff is great! And the rooms are beautiful. Pool area is nice and kept clean. Ballroom is great for large parties as well. The rooms are pricy for good reason. Well worth it..

The Hilton Honors is a very nice experience. They give you a lot of amenities. The breakfast could be better. The fitness room could have more. My biggest gripe is the two elevators. They share a button but are too far apart.

This hotel is in a great location near Spectrum Center and many office buildings. I was able to walk to all of my destinations on this trip. Service at the hotel is great. Cheerful employees are ready to serve. Rooms are clean and bright with modern appointments, and the beds, pillows, and linens are quite comfortable.

Updated clean rooms and low key business atmosphere. Complimentary parking if you're an overnight guess is a plus, otherwise it's nearly $20. Gym has 3 treadmills and elliptical/bike with free weights up to 50 lbs and a cable machine. Dinner is good at the hotel. Breakfast buffet is average but I've seen better.

Amazing staff! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and comfortable! The food at the restaurant is delicious and the bar has a lot of good drinks and wines! Great place to stay for business or pleasure.

Very happy with our stay here. Clean rooms that are very good sized. Very accommodating and it was so nice that they welcome you with very tasty chocolate chip cookies :) The staff was extremely helpful and prompt. They brought up a toothbrush and toothpaste since I somehow forgot to pack mine.
They only thing I was not completely happy with was the fact that we had to pay a nightly parking fee of $19 (per night) It would have been better to have that fee averaged in to the nightly rate.response / report this review
