When I travel I stay at a HIlton Hotel. I met two wonderful customer clerks but the name of Jermaine and Ashley. They were very friendly and helpful they made me stay there very comfortable. I want to Thank them so very much and the Hilton is very lucky to have hired two great individuals. Everything and everyone was PERFECT!

I was put in a handicap accessible room even though I had reserved a regular room. I am Diamond with Hilton and am typically upgraded before I arrive. Instead I was downgraded. The service at the restaurant was awful. I never got the water I requested and I waited an extraordinarily long time for my check. The front desk offered to have the general manager call me to address my concerns. This never happened. I stay in hotels 150 nights per year. I will try to avoid this one.

I come here often at least once a week. Rooms are clean. Staff is professional, price is not bad. Chipotle is next door, also I always get they're salmon it's really good!. I actually get two orders because one order is not enough of the salmon. There's room for my big rig to park. It's the only hotel I say in.

I frequent Hilton's a lot and was pleasantly surprised to find the Hilton Garden Inn in Fontana on our way to a funeral. We drove 5 hours with two small children. We had an okay dinner in their restaurant and took the kids upstairs to change and soak in the hot tub. These amenities are for guest's to enjoy. The hot tub jets were not working either. The restroom smelled like a dirty drain but over all the hotel was nice. As we rode the elevator up a security guard rode with us. We chatted and I headed to my room. I got the kids in the shower and as I was washing my face I heard a loud banging at my door. It startled me and I looked out the peep hole and it was the same security guard from the elevator. I had my husband answer the door as I was a little frightened. He told me we were making to much noise and we were being way to loud. The kids were bathing. We have to move around. When the kids got out of the tub the phone rang. It was the front desk saying they were getting noise complaints. At this point I felt like we couldn't move or speak in the room. This was a bit much and to be honest this must not be a kid friendly hotel. If you stay here make sure to whisper and stand still!! * I would like to thank the Hilton Garden Inn staff for treating us to breakfast after this incident. It was greatly appreciated.

The staff is friendly and they have a really decent the morning breakfast. There is an on-site bar that I did not partake but it looked really good. Parking is easy and there's lots of restaurants nearby and a Target across the street for all your needs. The only issue I had this time around was that an alarm clock was going off at 4 in the morning in the adjacent room, several calls to the front desk to get them to look into it but the alarm kept going for about 30 minutes. Kind of be low end of the spectrum for Hilton Hotels here, I've stayed in much nicer hotels but you get what you pay for and the area is pretty much the lower end of the spectrum

Staff here is always friendly, I've stayed here a few times. The kitchen makes decent food, the rooms are clean, and everyone is polite. Located near the highway and there is a bit of road noise, but also conveniently near a few restaurants.

It was a good size room. Very clean. Very close to food and shopping. I felt like this was a safe area. I stayed alone with my children. My husband wasn't able to come. My only complaint was the pool. It was not very clean. My son took out a few spiders, a beetle, and a dead lizard. It had a lot of hair in it as well. They said a lot of people had been in it earlier. We'd definitely stay there again. I'm sure the pool was just a fluke. Everything else was very nice and clean. It was a great stop in Fontana.

The double Queen rooms are my favorite because they come with a bed. Hotel restaurant is surprisingly tastey. Adjacent to Target for ready shipping and near the freeway. Staff is courteous and very attentive. A+.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. The restaurant serves great food prepared by their chef. Tonight I had the Swordfish which was excellent. They have a nice bar area where you can always catch the game.
