Love this hotel. Nice clean rooms great air conditioning! The pool is always clean and thr customer service is awesome! Sonny is always helpful!

My family and I have stayed here and it was a great experience. Everyone from management, front desk to housekeeping were very helpful,friendly and professional. The grounds are cleaned daily. "Drill Sergeant Sunny" makes sure that the property is kept up and no nonsense goes on. His wife always greeted us with a smile. And the other lady at the front frsdesk was alwasys friendly and helpful.Felt safe on the property. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

It was nice and quiet the room had a in size bed was very soft With lots of pillows. Falling asleep was not hard. There is a coffee pot with coffee and tea. The manager Sunny was very polite when we checked in and when we checked out he still had the same smile. You can tell he cares about the guests and likes to make sure they enjoy the stay. I would recommend this place to someone and would have no problem wanting to come again. I have seen a huge change in this hotel over the years and it's only getting better.

This Days Inn is by far the best hotel to stay at in San Bernardino. Its Very comfortable and always have received excellent customer service at this hotel! No matter what time you check in I have always received service with a smile! The Hotel is clean, quite, safe, with large rooms at a great price.The staff is second to none. The staff is always ready, willing and able to help with any needs you may have. They have free parking which is great, microwaves, and refrigerators which is a plus!

This had to be the greatest check in experience my husband and I have had at a hotel.
We booked last minute for an event in the area. Sunny welcomed me by name when we walked in, provided us with free water bottles and extended our check out time by an hour. He was courteous and friendly. Actually made conversation with us while we waited. (SUNNY YOU ARE AN EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE!)
We felt welcome and safe at this location.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Came with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Water was nice and hot!
Parking and WIFI are free, which is important to us because some of the pricier places make you pay to park and it is such a hassle.
Check out was easy! We will definitely be making this hotel our go to place when we need to stay in San Bernardino.response / report this review -

Was last minute choice everything was full thought was lucky. Given everything was filled after some time with my girl I realized my mistake 2 words bed bugs rolled over there one is coming out to say what's up. NEVER AGAIN

This is a great place to stay ! They care about their customers! They have great pricing and amazing customer service. Clean inside and out and constantly being upgraded. Very well taken care of. Id give more stars if they'd let me.

I actually didn't stay there. Dropped a friend off. It seems that it was quiet each time I drop my friend off. I did see some strange people hanging around though. I would probably stay there. I don't think it was that pricey.

It's not very expensive to stay here and that's because it's in a seedy party of town. The staff is friendly. It shares a parking lot with a 24hour Jack in the Box so it's noisy. The good news is that if you need a liquor store, there are several within walking distance.if you're brave enough to walk here.

It was a clean comfortable Hotel. The staff friendly and helpful, had free Wi-Fi; and we got a good size roin by the pool.vi would stay there again for sure.

Didn't like my say whatsoever it's in a bad neighborhood a lot of locals hang out didn't feel safe whatsoever I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smell like smoke it seems they just sprayed air freshener once I saw the location and the room I try to cancel my reservation and they told me that I couldn't cancel that I was still going to be charged on my credit card I don't recommend this place whatsoever
