Fast efficient service in the emergency department. Did everything they could to make me comfortable while waiting for admission.

After admission, I very well cared for and treated with respect and courtesy. I got a back rub from one nurse when I was just "done" being sick and in bed. It allowed me to rest and heal.

Thank you for caring so much.

If I could give this Hospital a "0" rating I would! Worst Hospital EVER!!

My Husband went to this Hospital as he's done multiple times in the past for Heart Issues! Normally, I wait for about 40 minutes before going, because I want to wait for them to have time to get him settled and it gives me time to call his children to let them know he went to the hospital! He's 80 yrs old now, but we were married 13 yrs ago.

He didn't act nor did he look his age and he didn't have the issues he's has today! He's has early stage of Alzheimers/Dementia he can't operate a PC nor his remote control. Myself, I walk with a cane, because I've had 3 Back Surgeries and multiple Neck Procedures like Facet Injections, Radio Frequency Oblations, and they want to do surgery on my neck too!

Okay back to this PLACE called a "HOSPITAL!" I arrive last night 09/22/2017, and 1st of all can't find a parking space, because of all the construction in the front of the Hospital! I needed something close to the Hospital like Handicap preferred so there wasn't anything, so I parked in a Physician's Parking spot!

Anyway, I go inside I wasn't greeted with like "How are you doing?" or "May I help you!" I was greeted by Nurse "Jackie" with "Are you here to be seen?" I replied "NO, I'm here, because my husband was brought in by ambulance about 40 minutes ago." Jackie proceeded to say "Well I have to see if he's ready yet!" so, she looks on her PC stands up and moves toward the door leading into the Back, but before she leaves behind that door, she states "YOU CAN WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM!" I replied "No I'll wait for you right here" and sat down near her desk! Jackie stops leans over to me and says "YOU DO THAT, BUT WHEN I GET BACK YOU WILL GO AND SIT DOWN IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!" So you see "Jackie" already had it in her mind she was going to make me sit in that waiting room whether my husband was ready or not!

As I predicted when "Jackie" emerged from behind that door, she told me "HE'S NOT READY YET, GO AND SIT DOWN IN THE WAITING ROOM!"
Yes, I got mad I replied "FINE, YOU CAN TELL THE DOCTOR HE CAN CALL ME WHEN HE WANTS ME TO COME AND PICK UP MY HUSBAND!" I'M LEAVING NOW, BUT IF HE DIES IN THERE, I'LL BE BACK!"

It was me bringing back a LAWYER to SUE YOU IN COURT if my husband died and you refused to let me see him when you knew the doctor HAD SEEN HIM AND WAS ADMITTING HIM INTO YOUR HOSPITAL 10 MINUTES AFTER HIS ARRIVAL TO THE HOSPITAL, BECAUSE HE WAS IN SEVERE A-FIB!

I forgot about "Beth" when I called the Hospital "Beth" answered the Phone and I asked to speak with someone in the ER! After I explained that I Left the hospital but security told me not to come back she "Laughed" at Me! I replied "It's pretty Funny isn't it?" "Beth didn't say anything, and just transferred me to the E.R.

I then spoke to a "Kim" in the E.R. who claimed she was a supervisor! At first I was like I'm just going to sign My husband out of that "God Forsaken" Hospital and take him to another hospital in the Area like "Bayonet Point Hospital!" However, Kim did listen to me after she accused me of Threatening "Jackie!" Which I denied, because I'll be back really doesn't constitute a Threat! "Kim" said she would look into my claim about "Jackie!" I mean the hospital must have Video of the EXCHANGE Right?

This hospital sucks. Doesn't let family stay with you. All they tell you about everything is "it's policy". Well this is the real world. Try comforting your patients, and maybe you'd get a better outcome. Pretty sure the patient being happy, is what's the best for them, than giving them more stress. They don't accommodate for special situations where their policy actually doesn't work. It's crazy, never coming back here again.

I been in this Hospital 6 times in the last 2 years, I never had a bad experience in this Hospital in the way they care about me, in the last 4 months I been in Miami taking care of my parents ( both with little dementia, cancer etc), and they had been admitted in the Mercy Hospital in Miami and also in the Baptist Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables ( consider one of the best in the nation) and let me tell you, the Morton Plant North Bay Hospital is the best by far!! for example in the mercy or The Drs Hospital if you call a nurse form your room they take normally 3 to 5 minutes and sometimes you have to go to the front desk of the nurses to ask for help, here I did measure the time and is incredible effective and fast they take 13 to 25 SECONDS to be at your room, I was so surprise that when my parents went to visit me I did the proof and I called a nurse and 2 came in less than 23 seconds!! My parents also agreed that this Hospital is the best, I want to thank the staff that did this and encourage them to continue with this great service, Jolene W. my nurse, Olivia D. my Tech, Monica C. (Charge nurse) ( even her assist me one time, great team work!) Bridget N. my nurse, Courtney D, my tech, Carla my nurse, Ivette and in the ER Jeff and Derick the pharmacist , you all been great, continue doing your job not for money but for vocation! For the management your are doing a great job having this great people in your staff!!! You are the best and if I can give more starts I will give you the maximum!

Spent 5 hours there to be told to suck it up. Can barely walk from falling and dizzy to the point where I can't drive. Not once did one person look even with their eyes at my knee or felt what it was doing when I walk. I never leave reviews. But this hospital is horrible! Did a million different tests to give me not one result and was told to suck it up. Never again will I be going here or recommending this hospital to anyone! Absolutely horrible!!!!

I've been here several times. Some with friends and family members. Always treated with respect and kindness!
It was unusually busy, came in at 330- 4 in the afternoon end of March of 2015. I was here for a infection of my left foot. It was so bad I really thought there may be a chance I could die cause I was treated by my family Doc. for about 2 weeks and it got worse from my toe to almost my knee. They sent me to the hospital. It did take forever to be seen around 8pm they took me and my wife back I was admitted at this point everyone involved was very kind and made sure my wife and I was comfortable. I was nervous as we got no answers and was waiting for a room to put me in for my stay During my stay all the staff was very kind, some went out of there way to help and inform me. I really appreciate all the hard work they all do and the things I witnessed by others being so rude to the staff, and yet they still kept their composure and professionalism when dealing with me! I recommend anybody and all my friends to come here. This would be my first choice if I ever needed to come back to the hospital!

Very friendly staff got me in and out quick but went home in serious pain, I sustained a pit bull dog bite on my hand you could clearly see it was very swollen with bite marks and I was in serious pain. Give me a prescription for antibiotics which was great, no prescription for pain meds which was horrible. This is obsured to say the least. They will not help you if your in pain. Also went there with a gull stone attack two years ago same scenario. The doctor who took my gallbladder out at countryside said the best way to describe the pain was that equal to a women giving child birth, They on the other hand took care of my pain immediately. Would not suggest Morton Plant North Bay Care to anyone. I give them a thumbs down. People go to the E.R. for one reason because there in pain or discomfort they have the ability to get rid of that pain and discomfort and they withhold that, That's not right. Cold hearted, no compassion. If I was a doctor my first priority would be to take care of the patients pain and discomfort. Why would they do someone like that can someone explain.

Spent 3 days in this facility and I was very impressed with compassion that all the medical staff had during my stay.I have been in several hospitals in Fl but this one is ranks head and shoulders above the rest. The information given regarding my stay and new medicine was so informative I felt very safe being in their hands Thank all of you at MortonPlant for being so gracious and caring.

I can not express how happy we are with my husbands care. Came in by ambulance with a heart attack in progress. From ER to Cath Lab and then ICU have all been fantastic. I worked at another hospital in the area for 15 years. This by far has been my best experience. Thank You for giving my husband back to his family. Job Well Done, P.S my husband is home now 4/5/17. His only complaint is the noise level of the staff at night in the ICU.He could not sleep due to this.

Visited the emergency room, staff was great, service was quick. It was a morning visit on a weekday unfortunately, but all in all no complaints. I can't imagine why anyone would have a problem with this place. Thank you for everything you did to help me. I've been seen at 2 or three Morton Plant Hospitals and not a single complaint for any of them.
