I am 100% sure, all the good reviews are written by the people they hired. Their customer service is Extremely Terrible. Sucks to the maximum. I bought a bed before last year of Christmas. First of all they take forever to make stuff. Second It came with a wrong color of footboard. Then I waited for another two months. Still no footboard, and nobody contacted me. They also left such a mess in my bedroom when they delivered the bed. During this period of time, no body contacted me. Not an email not a phone call. I have to beg them to get the last piece of my bed. It's May12th, still. Nothing is happening. What a frustrating company!!!
After all of this, I still don't know where to go to protect myself. Can somebody tell me who I can go to?
They finally called me today, said they haven't submitted the order for the my footboard yet after entire two months. From the conversation I can't feel any sincere apology from them. Then I said I want to cancel the order because I am really angry. Then they agreed. What a joke? What a stupid company.
If you guys want to shop there, be prepared by getting ripped off and wait forever, still no furniture.

My daughter and I had a most wonderful and successful shopping experience at MGBW. Our salesperson, Kate, was knowledgeable and very helpful. The furniture arrived perfectly and looks beautiful in the space.

This place is sincerely disgusting. I have attended their annual TOP 50 Designers event for the last 2 years. THEY EMAILED me to save the save the date, 9/17/2014. My friend reminded me that we had it in our calendar, so I called the showroom the day before to put our names down. The lady said we were all set! I show up to the event with my friend and they said we're not on the list. The guy, CHRIS, made me out to be some CRIMINAL. That I'm trying to sneak into their RIDICULOUS event. He said everyone needs to have a business card and will make an exception. I said my friend's parking and he says we all need to be together in order to attend. So we're waiting and decided we don't want to go. I said, "We decided never mind. Sorry for the miscommunication with your lady at your showroom." He was like "We'll put you on next year's list" with his snotty attitude. I've never been SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. YOU'RE NOT GOD'S GIFT ON EARTH when you're the one who sent me the SAVE THE DATE INVITATION! GO TO HELL.! Thanks!
