I miss how this store use to run back in the day especially from the consignment side. Costumer service is the greatest room for improvement, bought a pair of mismatched Carmines which isn’t something you’d expect but mistakes happen. Guess you can’t buy with confidence here.

This place sucks!!! Hopefully you are either a lawyer or married to one if you order anything online because they will screw you over. My advise to any is stay away from this place period. Shop around and don’t get screwed by this half ass company

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY KIND. This store a great selection of sneakers ranging from rare to average. This isn’t my go to sneaker store since they all ways jack up their prices, i only come here when I can’t find a certain pair of sneakers in another store. Since they don’t accept returns make sure your the sneakers you chose are in good shape!

Nice store with great collection of sports shoes of all brands.. very nice and helpful staff.. My son bought few pairs or socks and shoes.. The seating space for people waiting is very less but I think that is preplanned so that people try their shoes and move on. The socks were available in all sizes and we got good deals. If you are looking for some pricey shoes I would definitely recommend this place. Loved this store.

Solid shoe store with a ton of variety. Some prices were slightly above market average but solid experience nonetheless. Helpful staff and easy service with speedy assistance. Clean store and easily to reach via multiple modes of transportation.

The mecca of sneakers. Great staff, I loved it.

I can understand why people would be turned off by some of the prices, but if you're trying to cop some really rare shoes and have a budget of $150, you're going to leave disappointed.

There are gems all over the place though. Snagged some Supreme x Vans stuff, really happy with the purchase.

Bought a pair of sneakers without realizing foot locker sells the exact same shoe for about 100$ less. Mistake on my part for purchasing a pair of shoes without checking around for better prices. Went back to the store to return them only to realize that "all sales are final".
Now the lady didn't tell me that at check out when I told that to the employee he pointed at at tiny sign on the wall stating their ridiculous return policy. Arrogant staff and non existing customer service. Never again in my life which is a shame considering how exited I was to check this place out. Too bad.

I loved it. The staff is really patient and quick. The selection is wide. The prices are pretty high but the shoes are really unique and stylish. Over all, flight club is a pretty good store.

Great selection of shoes however when you spend that much $$ on shoes you think the staff would be more helpful and have better attitudes. The male employees were super nice, but the female employees were rude and unfriendly.

Love the place. They have a basketball court on the last floor. Girls kept coming in and taking shots. Even saw one random guy come take a few shots. I bought some shoes. Went to take a shot and a guy that works there jumped right in front of me saying that I can't do that because of security reasons. They don't want to be liable incase the ceiling light falls on me when I take a shot. Suuuuuure.

When I ordered my pair online they didn't have an option so I could choose the shipping and they took a while to come but they came and they were clean and brand new. My boyfriend ordered one of his online and they came really fast and were clean and new. And he didn't have any problems when he went to the store recently. I suggest going to the store instead of ordering online. Update : so I went to the store myself for the first time a few days ago, and it's great. Employers are really helpful and help you get your sneakers really fast. Waited for 3 pairs of sneakers and got them in less than 10 minutes. If the packaging or shoe is messed up you can let them know and they'll give you another pair, they even tell you to check the sneakers and make sure you like them before you pay for them so if you get messed up sneakers it's your own fault at the end of the day.

Quality of the kicks is 💯💯 .. The packaging could have been a little better but I understand it's the people who sell the kicks they bought to flight club so that flight club can sell it for them .. They had the sizes I was looking for and every sales rep was friendly, helpful and had a smile on. The bag is nice and sneakers are real and have kicks that are hard to find. 100% AuthenticThanks flight club

The employees at this store are amazing. I brought in a grainy picture from a TV show and asked what shoes a guy was wearing. In no time there were four employees all debating and giving suggestions. They all had incredible knowledge of rare shoes. Incredible enough, they pinned it down to a rare, limited release Nike shoe and they actually had a pair in the store and in my size. The price was steep but the shoe can't be found online and the customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. It's worth the cost if you are looking for hard to get shoes.
