Horrible service! I came by this place to just measure my P.D which it doesn't take more than a minute and the staff said to me they can't do this for me unless i'll take glasses from them! They'll not help you

It is clear the employees work on commission and their only driving incentive to perform any sort of work. Willing to "cut a deal" on contact lens fitting fee. When my insurance covers the entire exam. They would only cut the deal if I bought my lenses from them. Double dipping into insurance and customer pockets. Absolute fraudulent behavior.

I lost my eyeglasses,got in here and in 45 minutes i already had a pair ready for me,for only 85$, Lishabet saved me, they are the best.

I had intentions of getting my Rx here. The negativity outweighs the positive. I think I'll skip.This USED to be a great place when it was General Vision. Not sure what happened

They lied about calling my insurance. I am filling fraud about them. They did the eye exam and charged us claiming our insurance didn't cover it. We were on vacation so had no choice and didn't feel like waiting any longer. Also, as soon as we were willing to spend $800.00 with them her attitude changed from "overly nice" to very unkind.

Lira was great. They helped me with my insurance , assuring me that I was receiving every option available. They gave the utmost attention to me, and this was the first pair of eyeglasses and contacts I could see out of in a long time. Thank you Cohens Fashion Optical Times Square!

Horrible customer service! Big liars on top of being money hungry. I had to call corporate on this location. This has got to be the worst customer service ever!

Was really upset at first but after going back they completely took care of me and fixed everything. Explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was super nice and professional.

Offered cheap lenses, got the wrong ones the first time (didn't tint in the light) then they gave us free replacements and when i got home, i took them off. A piece of my special aluminum frames just shattered most likely due to temperature shock. They caused it to heat up and cool down due to the repair process and I will have to see what they can do. If they can't fix it I will edit this review. Unacceptable that they cant do something right the second time. Payed $600+ for the frames from a different expensive optical store. Lasted over a year.
*Edit 1 - The employees fought a lot when giving me my glasses, Embarrassing and stupid. Typing this review was a pain because I had to let auto-correct do all of the work. At least I memorized the keyboard layout. :(response / report this review -

What a rip off!!!!!!
Went here just to get a fast cheap perscription when we first moved to city
Eye doctor was very pushy to spit us back on sales floor after making us wait 30 mins to even sit with her
Then the sales person completely took advantage of us with complete BS deals, they only hire cute girls to take advantage and rip people who don't know off
Looked up the eye glasses she sold us after we left and they were less than half the price anywhere else
Marched right back in and she basically said too bad so sad, I already took your money
I have never been so compelled to leave an online review, first ever, but it was so bad I couldn't not tell the Internet AND THEN I READ ALL THE NEGATIVE POST BELOW! All 100% true, Wouldn't tell my worst enemy go here!!!response / report this review -

They were fast, efficient and helpful in every way! Extremely accommodating. I was helped by Johanna and Dr. Bajaj who were both professional, sweet & very attractive (the whole staff is very beautiful I just say haha) overall great experience! Thanks Cohens!

I never had an issue with this location. I gave them 4 starts because they never run according to appointments and are always late. The in-house eye doctor is very caring.
