The associates are so helpful. The book selection is also quite impressive. I was able to get a number of holiday gifts in one spot!

Very cute bookstore with books and gifts as well. They offered free gift wrapping to me this weekend.

Amazing! Lots of books by people of color and a good selection from independent publishers. They have frequent events with though provoking, relevant authors here and at their PLG location sometimes with wine and beer.

Such a cute bookstore with plenty to browse through. I picked up a calendar book and left with a gift for a friend and wanting to go back for more! Great location, support local!

Nice that it has a good selection, but it's cramped. I like to peruse in a bookstore. But this place has a conveyer belt feel to it. There's always someone right behind you, pushing you forward with their energy. Place gave me anxiety.

Good lord I love this bookstore. I used to live down the block but now I just have to soak it up in little bits whenever I can get to Brooklyn. Can I just live here?

As far as I know this is the closest bookstore to Pratt Institute, but somebody let me know if I'm wrong! They have to locations now, one here and one down in Propect-Lefferts. This is the older one, they have the general bookstore selection (fiction, non-fic, kids, cookbooks, comics, and art books) but also a nice New York and Brooklyn area towards the front, a little independent press table/area, and the staff is very knowledgeable!

A charming, authentic, virtuos gem of a private bookstore. Knowlegeable, well-read staff. High-profile author readings.

Books , books and more books. You can stay in there for hours looking through the large selection without being bothered. If that's your thing of course. I like the selection and placement of the genres. Helps you find more books you may be interested in.

I'm sorry Greenlight Bookstore! I love to support local stores, but I can't in good conscience give Greenlight a good review. Every time I call or drop in to ask for a specific title they literally never have the book. The reply is always "..but we can order it for you!". Thank you for the customer service, but so can I.

Great local independent bookstore with helpful nice people in it! Get your books delivered, special ordered, whatever. They also have a great selection of journals and publications. Also, amazing kid section in back.
