I really hate that this chain has some of the best wings in town, but they do. Always fresh and crispy with great staff. Keep up the good work!

Ordered food ahead of time and picked it up. The girl over the phone was very nice. Food was nice and hot when I got home! Love this location!

Pretty quick service. Food is mediocre. It’s been pretty busy every time I’ve gone there from happy hour to weekday dinner time to football Sunday. So it seems like a place locals like to go for a decent list of drafts and the outdoor smoking bar.

Food and service is usually the best at this one but it is almost always packed. Which isn't a bad thing for them but at times it's hard to find a decent place to sit. It has the most "fun" environment out of all of them I've been to if youre looking for that. I like most of the Ale House's and this one is at or near the top of the list.

I’m honesty appalled that we come here every weekend to watch football and get kicked out with no warning and the manager on duty (ken David) could not give us a reason for the request to leave as well as took our picture without permission and proceeded to take a picture after I told him I did not wish to have my picture taken. If you are a true football fan, do not come here to watch your game, we were not screaming profanities, just being enthusiastic and were asked to leave. Have been a loyal customer of this bar for many of years as it was my first job ever. Sad to say I would no longer recommend this establishment to any of my friends. This is not a sports bar. Go somewhere else to watch your game. Gosh. This literally makes me sad to type. I’m so sorry for what Jacksonville ale house has become. This is not a sports bar.

First time visiting this site. The server was attentive and friendly. Only problem with the visit was dirty/sticky glasses for the bar drinks, but the server quickly replaced them with clean ones.

I'd come back to this site again.

Had a great time with our daughter. We watched football, ate and visited. The service was amazing and the team work among the staff was awesome. Great job! Keep up the good work!

Servers were excellent, food was good however, management were less than desirable. They gave a hard time about a service dog that was acting with trained behaviors for the persons disabilities. This is supposed to be an establishment that welcomes dogs that are not trained as well as service dogs. Management should be aware of what they can ask and why they can ask somebody to leave an establishment. Was asked to leave because someone was afraid of dogs. The rights of the consumer with the service dog were violated.

There is nothing further to discuss I know and understand the rights of persons with service dogs and the behaviors of this particular service dog Your manager was out of line, trying to intimidate the person with the service dog and even another manager of another one of your establishments agreed that the manager was out of line as well as other staff members.

My husband and I love the Ale House in Southside. We eat there often and the service, food, prices are the best!! We know most of the staff especially Amy, and the managers and they always greet us when they pass our booth. Great for couples and families. 🍔🍗🍤🍮🍨🍺🍹🍳

The bartenders rock! Especially Sean Jackson.
The food is great and the drink specials are awesome.
But I definitely don't recommend sitting outside at a table.
Even if you let the hostess know you're out there, it takes about 15-20 minutes before a server even greets you and then another 10-20 minutes before you get your drinks.
The servers seem like they have too many tables and can't get to the tables outside as fast or they just forget about them even when it's not even that busy.
Except for the girl with dreads, she's awesome too!

The Ale House is a phenomonal restaurant and should definitely be visited by tourists exploring that mini plaza. Our waiter, Amy, was very nice and very professional. She didn't have an attitude and she looked like she loved her job. That is definitely the type of service I look for when dining. Their prices are appropriate for the food they sell and the taste compliments the costs and the presentation. I had 35 shrimp with a side of broccoli for only $12.49! And believe it or not, the shrimp were big in size and bodacious in taste. Long story shortgood service, great food, and a fantastic adventure you are sure to have at the Ale House!!!

We went here for my wife's birthday. What a mistake. She got the "rib eye" (maybe eighth inch thick)and a "lobster tail"(puniest thing I've ever seen). Awful. I got the seafood combo. Just average. We used to go here all the time but will never go back again. $75 with tip for probably the worst surf and turf you've ever seen. They got their Last dollar from us.

Miller's Ale House is always consistent, and it's nice to know I can go to any location and get such a great meal. Our server was pleasant and kept our drinks full! I wish you would bring the big to go cups back, though! :(

I love this place! There's always great service and the food is delicious. I had the salmon and it was a little too dry, but I still ate it. I've have their fish tacos and the shrimp scampi. Both were very good!

My boyfriend and I like to come here when we want cheap drinks and affordable food. They have really good apps. We really like the nachos and the smoked fish dip. It's a big restaurant with lots of seating so we've never had to wait. Service is fast and our waitresses have always been friendly.
