The vehicle I purchased from this dealer was a complete lemon. Within a week I noticed engine and transmission leaks. Also one of the glass window was recently changed and they left pieces of glass hiding everywhere, under seats and so on. I also realized later there was not tools or jack to change the tires. There is no pride in their product.
In response; I visit the dealer a few days later to pick up the documents and explained the issues. I only received blank faces from the employees. Making it obvious to me the dealer did not care and it was now my problem.response / report this review -

Service was great. Looked all over for a new car for our family with a low budget. They did a great job getting us the car we wanted at a price that was more than fair.

DO YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO WASTE?
If so, then it will be much better for you to buy a giant industrial paper shredder to shred all your cash before going to this place to buy a car.
This way you will at least end up with a paper shredder that works.
I bought a car from here couple years ago. The car lasted about 8 months and broke down on a highway. It's a shame to read their "this person never bought a car here" comments because I believe in every single bad reviews on here. This place is shady and I know they will say anything to take your money but the truth is you are buying a time bomb for your family. SAVE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY! I wouldn't even give this place a 1! We bought a car from them about 9 months ago. We bought the extended warranty as well. My motor blew a couple months after. April 17th is the day we dropped my car off so they could fix it. They just got done with it today June 29th after coming up with excuse after excuse! We still owe them quite a bit of money even with the extended warranty. They never once called to update us we had to contact them! Got my car back with grease all over the inside! Wouldn't recommend buying a car from these people!

Purchased a 10,000$ vehicle that sits in the driveway cause the transmission need rebuilt after driving for 60 days with continuous problems. Will never buy from this company again offers least amount of warranty required my law one month 1000 miles

Chris Terrones was the sales person who I ran into and I gotta tell you, he was probably the coolest "used car guy" you will find. Chris is class all the way, would recommend!!

Never go to them. My fiance and I got a truck from them July 2014. We knew we did not have much credit to work with. When we got approved for the truck we were excited. Even though they said our interest rate was at 18% we took it. Since then nothing but problems. The truck is cursed. After speaking to The bank we were approved from, they told us no The interest is at 26%. So they lied. We also put a good chunk down and gave them our old truck, they said they would give us $500 towards the down payment. Speaking to the bank they said we were only given $100 for The old truck. The brackets for the door broke, we had a hit and run accident and also had someone rear end us. The truck burns oil like no other, have to add almost every 2 weeks too once a month. The tires on the back kept going bad on us, so every three months we had to get new(used) tires. Found a new rear end. After the rear end the fuel pump went bad. The wires to the radio burnt out, had to get a new radio. The front end is bad and squeaks bad.. Just problem after problem. I am so done with this truck. We got a new one because of constant problems with the old one. We were looking for something that would not require this much putting into. So much money and time put into it. I will never go to them again. Horrible.

I just got my first car from here and i love it! My dad was smart enough to get them to allow us to take it to a mechanic first to have them look at it before we bought it. there was only one minor issue which the people there were willing to pay for but we ended up getting the price down and just paying for it ourselves. the people seemed nice. i recommend to get the car checked out before you buy it though
