I went in on Christmas Eve and everyone was friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better first time car buying experience. I got a car that will last me a long time, for less than any other dealership had it listed, so I didn't have to haggle them into a reasonable price.

Excellent!!!!!! My check in associate was super fantastic..my whole experience was really greatI felt not only the professionalism of the service department personnel but I felt that I was a valued customer.at first it was to take 1 hour bit she worked it out and in an half an hour the car was ready and even more, it was washed and vaccumed. Really great

Very happy with my recent service visit. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I looked at some newer models with the salesperson who was very helpful and courteous. I recently purchased my "pre-retirement" home just a few miles North of the dealership. I come down regularly on weekends, so I plan to visit for service and future sales.

We recently purchased two new Jettas and are very happy with them. This is the second time we've purchased two vehicles at one time from this dealership. The customer service is excellent, and we're always treated with honesty and integrity. Joe has been our salesperson for both transactions and he's amazing. Both times, he listened to our needs, gave us honest feedback, and helped us get the cars we needed at a fair price. This dealership has earned our loyalty.

Had a good sales person but when I asked about price the manager we spoke with want very friendly. He gave me a price that was way above what it should have been. I made an offer and was basically laughed at. Two days later I got a call and they accepted my offer. Hmm in 2 days the price was dropped over 3000$.

I was greeted with a smile from a very sweet young lady. Promptly addressed getting my car in for service. The waiting area was very clean and had refreshments for me while I waited. The cashier was very pleasant, and how nice it was to be walked out to my car and have the door opened for me, being sent off with a smile.

The salesman was great but the financing department has been unorganized and very difficult to work with. I paid cash for a car. This should be as easy at it gets but somehow it's not. I've received misinformation about the process and the wrong routing and account number for a wire. Currently, they've had full payment on the car since yesterday but won't release the car because even though their corporate office received my wire "the dealership is waiting on its own headquarters to send the funds before they release the car." It's unclear how long that will take because we've been waiting on a return call for hours that is yet to come through. I won't return to this dealership.

Shopped around for a Jetta for my daughter and Kyle and John worked up a great deal for us. Saved us over $1,000 compared to Volkswagen of Naples. Kyle did a great job explaining the features of the car and was low pressure. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Best car shopping experience! Everyone working there was very nice and not pushy at all. I went to over a dozen dealerships and spoke to tons of salesman who just did not have my best interest at heart.
I am so happy that I chose to buy my last 2 new cars from this dealership. Over a span of 5 years and they still have the best customer service!
