Great Experience! Oswaldo made this a great experience for me. He worked so hard to help me purchase the Rogue that I wanted. He's kind, patient and honest which is not usually what you anticipate when you go to buy a car. He was a breath of fresh air and made this experience a lot less stressful. LouAndrew and Erik were both very good when dealing with my husband and I. We took our 2 year old with us to purchase a car. When we arrived they treated us like we were family. When my daughter became hungry they gave her and us some food and offered us drinks on many occasions. I'm so pleased with the purchase I have made. We reached a very good deal and we are happy with our choice. I recommend this dealership.

I would give them a -100 stars if I could. Do not have your car serviced at Naples Nissan. They do not honor the priced disclosed on the website, regardless of confirmation and pricing. When I scheduled my appointment online I selected the 30k service for $189, when I dropped off my car I was told that wasn't the price and the actual price was $399, made me feel like I was crazy.
After I went back online I saw what I had originally scheduled and the price was in fact $189. I contacted the service manager but does not care whether you are satisfied with your experienced or the honesty/integrity of the service.
I have reached out to Oscar Campos and Aaron Walker, they have both ignored me.
Stay away from this place.

This was the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Isaiah was an excellent salesman, he offered options that helped me make the best buying decision and George in finance got me an amazing deal with a fantastic interest rate. I can not recommend them enough to do justice to their high level of customer service.

We had an exceptionally good shopping experience at Naples Nissan. Thanks to Nissan staff members Guillermo and Rick and their manager.
We had not bought a car for 12 years. We were dreading the transaction based on previous experience.
The Naples Nissan staff were very professional and attentive even when we stretched their patience.
We looked at other manufacturers' crossover SUVs and chose Nissan Rogue as the best for style, quality, and driving experience.

I walked in the day after an accident just to look around and didn't think I was going to find a car. When I was on the lot looking around, Sean came up to me asking if I needed help so I asked to drive the car. He was very polite and attentive to my needs and wants throughout the entire process. Not only would I recommend Naples Nissan, but I would recommend Sean Cleland as a sales rep. He's great and I walked out with a car the same day at a good price.

Wow, where do I begin I had the pleasure of working with Joe Schwartz who sold a vehicle to me that I absolutely love. His sales pitch was awesome and was not pushy at all. He made my experience very comfortable. My situation did not look at attainable to purchase a brand new 2017 vehicle although he made it happen. I got a car from Naples Nissan and it was a wonderful experience. I had two wonderful men help with everything, and made sure I was happy when I left. Isaiah Was great. He made me feel every comfortable, and they even got me cookies to take home. I felt very satisfied on my experience. They even filled my tank twice. First off, I'm not a big fan of car dealers, their usually pushy and in it for the money. but, Cesar Gonzalez proved to me that they're not all the same. He spent about 19hrs in two days helping me find the right Nissan at a price I could afford. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and straight to the point! He tries to go every route and find every deal he can for you. I would recommend him to any family member or friend. He goes above and beyond at his job.
