Our sales lady was very nice, finance manager also. All paperwork went very smooth. They even got me a better interest rate than my own bank. Priced every same and equal model in and out of the area and they had the best price to miles around.
My only complaint is that my Electronic Power Steering Unit light came on after noticing the steering wheel being very hard to turn. Popped hood and realized there is NO power steering fluid to put in so have to take it back to the dealer to fix. Also noticed that non of the fluids we're filled when sold to me. They made sure to fill the tank with gas but never checked the fluids. You would think that with the vehicle being Certified, that the least of their inspection of the vehicle would be to check and top off all fluids. A bit disappointed that I've only had the van for 2days and already have to take it in for service with only 29,900 miles on it.

It wasn't buying the car but the service after. Called and left messages 5 times for service the salesman promised. Tried manager. Not 1 call back. Seems like as long as your check clears, and you go, you are nothing to them.
