This place is great, I stopped in to get some work done on my car they were fast customer service and the service department were great. Darryl Smith and his team are phenomenal! The mechanics are great at what they do here!

I have purchased six Hondas over the years from Southern Motors Honda. David Bailey is the reason why. He is always extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the process. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and satisfied. I know I can always count on him when I am ready to lease or purchase a vehicle. The entire Southern Motors Team is very friendly every time I visit the dealership. The environment is very warm and pleasant. Thanks Southern Motors Team for being the best!!

Southern Motors is the best Honda dealer I bought my Ford Fusion from Tyrone. This is my third car from Southern Motors I love the professionalism from my salesman, the finance manager and I did not stay all day long to signed my papers. Like other dealerships I pick my car, signed and drive bye bye see you the next time I buylol

I came in to take a last look to make a final decision on a purchase. A 2017 Honda Accord/Civic to be exact. As we approached the dealership, sign 1 was the lack of customers. Sign 2 was the lack of enthusiasm from the sales team. As I walked the grounds, I made eye contact with a few sales members, unfortunately, I was ignoredSign 3, I walk into the dealership and not ONE person approached me as I was obviously looking for help. It was not till the point where I left till one sales person approached me. At this moment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Overall, a bad impresssion.

Simply put, most car dealers come off either too pushy or show disinterest if you're just "looking". Tyrone at Southern Motors was not only helpful with selecting a car according to what I wanted, but he also exemplified excellent customer service all the way through. All doubts and questions I had regarding the vehicle was resolved with superior knowledge (even down to the smallest details), thus I was able to make my choice with more confidence. Thank you Tyrone for your patience with all my concerns, and for making my shopping experience a breeze!!! Five stars all the way.

One of the reasons I chose to purchase a Honda was because of the excellent customer service that I've received in the service department with previous Honda's I have owned. I was thrilled to discover that the same is true in their sales department. The sales staff were relaxed in a "no pressure" atmosphere. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. I drove away in my new car feeling confident that if there was anything I needed that they would be more than happy to assist me. I would confidently recommend to anyone to shop at Southern Motors Honda for their new car!

The representative took his time taking me around to show me vehicles that they have for sale. But a lot of the cars that I've noticed in my price range had a lot of issues and I was not happy with that. I would say if you were going to find yourself an inexpensive car to kind of get you from point A to point B then sometimes it's probably best to find yourself a private seller but because of the excellent service and knowledgeable salesman he made me feel like I was very special and very important to the Southern Motors team so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a new or semi new car but if the car is older like maybe 8 plus years then you want to consider going somewhere else.

Did a lot of research before entering the dealership. Very good sales person but, typical, back and forth negotiating. I will say they met my terms and conditions without much haggle. Don't expect them to give you "bottom line" pricing when you start. Find out what dealer invoice is, get a TrueCar estimate or something from an Auto Buying Service that gives you a price to start. Overall, a better experience than most car dealerships and I would go back.

DaWarren was / is the best salesman ever. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me in every way with my purchase of a 2017 HONDA civic and even after the deal stayed in touch and very helpful. I greatly appreciate southern motors and the entire car buying experience.

Bought a car last week and was very impressed with the Sales staff IE: Clint Staver who explained the whole plan in detail to me and answered all of my questions . I especially like the NO hard sales routine that I have experienced at other establishments. The Personnel that handled all of the paperwork did a great job and and expedited the whole process quickly. Job well done all around.

Southern motors is great, and I have always had great experiences with them, very helpful. I just recently bought my 3rd car from them and got a good deal and great service again. I suggest Mr. Barnes as your salesman, he's great, friendly and very helpful with the whole process, I've already been to him twice. I would definitely recommend then to anyone looking to buy a Honda.
