I had a great experience buying my new Honda Accord from Anthony at Germain Honda. From my dealer to management they went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied with my purchase. Fair price and great customer service. I definitely would recommend Germain Honda to anyone looking for new or used Honda.

In my last two visits to Germain Honda Naples, I have had exceptional service. Tyler was knowledgeable, attentive, and took great care of me and my car! When dealing with cars it’s always nice to have people who care :)

Had excellent service at Germain Honda of Naples! Buying my first car was quick and easy, and I got a great deal. Anthony was very honest with me and made my first car buying experience a good one. Would reccomned to anyone!

I am still pinching myself! Germain Honda Service is the best I have ever encountered. I made an appointment regarding a recall (airbags,) and Nancy, my advisor, was very accommodating. She arranged the time and day that was convenient for me (that never happens!). The work was done promptly. Nancy reviewed the inspection that was done, and asked if I had any questions! Thank you Germain Honda!

Since Germain Honda was the only car dealer around that had the exact car we wanted, my wife and I drove over 2 hours from Palm Beach County to purchase our new car. Having bought many cars over the years we were prepared for the "typical" car buying gut wrenching frustration, so we were mentally prepared for the battle to begin. When we arrived, we immediately noticed the car we were buying was right in front. It was sparkling clean with a full tank of gas and so far it was all good. We were then greeted by our sales rep Francesca. She insisted we drive the car to make sure that we liked it. Then she took her time to go over the car and point out the new features (which we were completely unaware of). We then confirmed all the numbers and everything that was discussed and we finalized the deal. Just before we left, the sales manager, Mike Solis made a point to say hello and to thank us for making the trip. Wait a minute! What just happened here? We just bought a car and we had no aggravation?!
Our compliments to Germain Honda! We highly recommend them!

Bought a 2017 Civic EX and got a great deal. I'm really happy with Rocco' s and Karen's customer service. Karen provided me with a quote over the phone and they stuck to it. Rocco was very helpful and honest. I've had many leases in the past and i gotta say that they made it easy. Thank you, see you when my lease is up or when it's time to buy my wife her new car.

I have been interested in a CR-V for a few months now. I stopped by Germain Honda to inquire about the vehicle. Although I can't purchase right now, I was greeted cordially by a young man named Rocco. He introduced himself and asked if I had questions. He was able to answer all my questions with ease. In addition, he provided extra information and assistance! He also provided a comparison of the bigger Models--Odyseey and Pilot--and advantages of all three. As soon as I am ready to purchase, I'm sure he will provide me with the step-by-step approach that he explained to me. Great job with customer service Rocco and Germain!

I've never been a fan of dealerships, so I write this with bias. But Germain Honda of Naples has to be one of the best run businesses I've been to. They are heavily staffed and ready to go the second you pull up. I had my service done and was in and out in minutes. No waiting in line, no looking for help. And everyone is so pleasant, you know the company culture has to be a good one. And this trickles down everywhere, and is likely why the service received is so great.

Everyone at this office was great! Mark took very good care of us and was very understanding of our needs and budget.
He carefully explained things to us and gave us many tips we had never received at a dealership before.
Mr. Mendoza was wonderful as well in helping us secure a financing plan that was reasonable for us and within our budget.
We normally dread going to a car dealership but this was a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!response / report this review -

The atmosphere was genuine and approachable. We were looking for a new car for my mother and our sales rep, Patrick Gibson, was excellent. His patience and and resilience to matching us with the perfect car was outstanding. Comfortable and easy process all the way through. Much thanks to our finance rep, Ray. He and Patrick made the experience all around perfect!!! Thank you guys.

Anthony was such a great salesman. He let me drive the car and showed me each and everyone one of its features while comparing to other cars like it. He was so nice and caring that by the time I'd bought my car I felt like I knew him and his family. He explained to me which car was best on mileage and how much I was going to save on gas compared to other brands and ended up giving me the best car possible for a great price. I will always buy from Anthony from now on and will always trust his words as they gave me a great car.
