Room was tidy by appearance. Floors made my white socks dirty. Need replace the shower head. The towels were clean but scratchy. My bed sheets had sand? on them I had to get off and wipe the sheets down. The breakfast was a stale or freezerburned? bagel and a some fresh ? fruit.

This place is hard to see from the highway and went driving up however for the price it's a very nice place to stay it's quiet and has good heat for the winter and it also gets really cold here in West Virginia at night even during the Spring and fall it's a good location close to the interstate to get to a lot of places if you're looking for a weekend getaway or place to stop this is a great place to have a home base for

Quick, clean and organized. A simple and easy place to rest when traveling. The beds were new and the pillows firm. Well designed rooms, easy layout for the business Traveller

As long as you have reasonable expectations, this is a good experience. If you are looking for a place to stay for about the least you could pay for a hotel, then this is perfect. Nice person at the desk. When my wife and I are driving somewhere, we will look for a low price, wifi, and a bed. This checked off that list and they do offer a bit of breakfast.

We were driving and other hotels were booked, so I thought with the Wyndham name we would be okay. I didn't have super high expectations so my rating reflects how it rated against my expectations. The room was super small, the hallways smelled of smoke as smoking and non smoking rooms were mixed on the same floor. We couldn't use my group code as they said that can only work if booked online. I don't understand why that should be the case. There was graffiti in the elevator, and it was generally old in decor and bathroom rain didn't hold water for the bath. The front door lady was nice, but I don't think I'll try that chain again.

The hotel needed a little TLC (The front door, elevator sounded scary, pink camo duct tape on toilet), but overall it was a nice room and convenient.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are laid out well. However, this hotel is in need for some TLC. Lots of small maintenance issues, mostly aesthetic such as holes in the wall, missing pieces on the front door, etc. But for the price, I would stay here again. Staff was not super friendly but was helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was mostly cold - no waffles or meat or eggs or anything. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. My son was excited about the window seat and begged to sleep on it. Hotel is in a good location off I-64 close to restaurants and gas stations, in a quiet and seemingly safe area.

The people were nice and check in was easy. This was a pretty dirty place though. The pool had scum all around it and the doors were all rusted and falling apart. The bathroom in our room was dirty and the edges of the room had food, crumbs, bugs, etc. We spent $60 on the room though so this was almost what we expected. If you are young or just need to save a few bucks, there are way worse places to stay but if you can afford another $20-$50 per night. do it.

Small one bedroom. Rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Pool area deck was filthy along with pool walls and rusted door frames. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows felt like bags of rocks. Very disappointed coming from Wyndham.

Booked a smoking room. Holes in everything stains on sheets and window seat. Sister got non smoking room much cleaner. Couldn't use pool or spa as a lot of noisy teenagers were in them. Wish staff had addressed all the noise. Elevator had a sign with Max five people after taking it upstairs we smelled something getting hot. Hotel needs many updates . I do not recommend this hotel.
