Very nice apartments, pricier, but worth it for what you get. Nice amenities included. The staff has parties and events monthly for residents that are great!

We were new to the area, but the staff made us feel right at home. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Our apartment was spotless with fresh paint and carpet upon move in. The pool is a huge asset for the hot summers, and my husband and I love playing basketball on the court provided. The maintenance is usually at your apartment same day - even if you just need a new lightbulb! One of my favorite things is the get togethers they do once or twice a month. Taco night was a hit! We love how welcome we feel here!

We have lived here for the last 2 1/4 years, and we have enjoyed most of our stay here. The staff is super nice and knows us on the first name basis, the amenities are phenomenal, and the apartments are super clean and well kept. While the rent is a little on the higher end of the spectrum, as far as Beckley is concerned, they are by far the nicest apartments in town. Maintenance is swift and friendly, and the grounds and administrative staff are bar none.
With that said, we are moving, primarily due to the fact that we are now expecting and need to expand. While these are the nicest apartments in Beckley, the city of Beckley itself has started to decline in recent months, prompting another reason for our move. (Granted the little amount of unnoticeable crime that occurs in this part of town is no where near the levels that occur in other parts, the seemingly growing crime rate of the city is cause for concern, but is no part to blame on the owners or staff of The Manor Group.)response / report this review -

I just moved to Pikeview Manor and I must say that I am impressed with the staff and the apartment. The apartment has the right amount of space for entertaining friends and family, just relaxing alone, or with someone special. The staff was very helpful in ensuring a smooth transition to West Virginia. I am happy that these apartments have gone beyond my expectations. The environment is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I am very happy I made the right choice to live at Pikeview.

My daughter and I have lived at Pikeview Manor for 14 months and we have loved it. It is peaceful, clean and can boast the best staff of any apartment complex anywhere! Never have to worry about unattended maintenance issues. Property upkeep is top notch as well. Many perks like, large pool (staffed), car washing with vacuum available, workout facility, tennis court, basketball court, playground and grilles. Like living at a vacation resort year round. Just a wonderful place to live!

Over priced..walls paper thin..rude managementbad when can hear the neighbors toilet flushno washer or drier..have to use there coin laundry them people throw your clothes outhated living here

Never EVER apply to this place unless you are for sure going to be moving. They have fine print that says if you do not cancel within 3 days of acceptance, you can not receive your deposit back! I lost $250 because I changed my mind 5 days after I had gotten approved and someone was still living in the apartment I was going to rent and wouldn't be moved out until a month later!!!
