We always stay at HIE because they are consistent. We know what to expect and the free breakfast is nice too! This one met all our expectations. The front desk guy who checked us in put us all the way at the end of the hall, which was great because that meant there was one less room for our 2 year old to potentially disturb. Said 2 year old also enjoyed running all the way down to our room. The room was clean and up to date, had a fridge, microwave and Keurig. Breakfast was standard for HIE. Would stay again!

People coming and going all night. Party in the room next to ours beginning at 3am. Lots of noise. Bed not comfortable. We had prepaid and front desk still wanted credit card for $10 hold for incidental charges? What could be incidental? There is no restaurant or phones in room. We will never stay here again.and I am usually loyal to this rewards program.

It is a struggling Holiday Inn Express. First off I was given a key to a room that someone was already in and in bed when entering the room. They were kind enough to give me a suite that overlooked where my car was parked because there are no security cameras. It was clean and are making strides into the right direction. Breakfast was good.

The room was pretty good overall, but the bed was a little stiff and there also wasn't a DND sign available in the room so housekeeping knocked a little early. Also, the photos for the hotel on Expedia showed and outdoor pool, but it was indoor. The spaces in the parking lot are too small and the rows are too close together so it made parking difficult as two hotels use the same lot. But, besides these somewhat minor issues the rest of the stay went fine. Great pillows.

A perfectly fine and decent Motel experience. Good quality for the price, and overall a nice room. I didn't test it, but the window actually has a screen in it and should open, which is a rare amenity in hotels these days, unfortunately. Room did not spell bad or have other issues that some places have, and the air conditioner was reasonably quiet. Ideally, I still would like the experience to be a little quieter, in terms of heating and cooling, but this is pretty good as budget motels go.

Service and hospitality easily above average however I was at break fast and attempted to get some turkey sausage since I cant eat pork for religious reasons she stops me half way to tell me to use the one that's been touching the bacon instead of the one touching the eggs instead of having one for each. I have never felt such odious behavior from a hotel in my whole life. Why not have one for every plate instead of cross contaminating everything. Youd think they'd have common sense but thats asking to much

Clean, comfortable, super friendly and accommodating staff!!! This is the 2nd or 3rd time me and my family have stayed at this hotel.
Breakfast is well stocked and freshly made, the fitness center is more than adequate and the pool is clean and well kept. True to their word, I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and both were happily provided for me by the front desk staff.
Stayed for 2 nights and would be very happy to stay longer. Try to book early as this location is extremely popular and does fill to capacity fairly often.response / report this review -

Had a good stay here during a recent road trip. Good room and nice breakfast service. The bed was a bit harder than my wife and I enjoy, and the parking situation is ridiculous. Other than that, it was a fine stay.
