Pretty standard 4 star hotel. Beds are a little too soft for comfort. No self parking on premises only valet

Great customer service. Technically adavnced elevators and room keys. Very nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Loved the added concierge perks. I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, smiling faces and clean facility. No self parking, limited electrical room outlets and refrigerator is non standard with minimal cooling. Air conditioning is similar to a swamp cooler. And, valet staff: keep your damn paws off my car radio and put the seat back where it WAS!

Great customer service! They only have valet parking but there are parking garages next door. It was very cold in the meeting rooms but very clean. Bathrooms are clean. Food is good!

Valet staff was extremely polite, joyful
and helpful. They took time to in place customer relationship and speak to us.
    Cost for 1 night 25$.

Front desk staff around 6,7 pm were very welcoming and professional, the morning staff was nice but had a little to much attitude to my liking.

Amenities are great, hotel is so well located we walked everywhere. It was extremely convinent.
Their remodeled rooms are very nice with a nice modern style to it. If I have to point something out, the beds aren't the most comfortable.

Elevator is hightec you select your floor prior to hoping in..and they have a screen in the elevator pretty impressive.

Best hotel ive ever stayed at. I called the desk at 5 in the morning and asked for a 730 wake up call. The asked if I wanted a follow up and I said yes completely assuming I would miss the first call. I go to sleep for my few precious hours knowing full well I was going to sleep through everything and be super late for work. I then wake up with a strange man standing next to me. He has a very friendly smile and a bell hops uniform. He greets me good morning and tells me he was sent to make sure I was awake. I have never stayed at a hotel that takes its wake up calls so professionally. I truly felt like royalty. 10/10 would ask for a wake up call again.

Its really awesome. I love the newly renovated rooms. All of their art work is amazing. They have usb plug ins for charging in their outlets. 9/10. However there was a huge leak in their convention center. It was like raining inside and outside. But the room was good.

Amazing bed. nothing special about the room. The shower and bath didn't run the best room seemed a bit outdated. Everything costs extra. Wireless is not free, but rather expensive. There is no parking unless you are willing to pay a $25 valet fee. But the lobby is gorgeous and the elevators has really cool TVs in them and there are some certainly nice upgrades about the hotel but there's nothing amazing about the rooms.

Hotel is lovely, clean and has friendly staff. Be prepared to pay for parking, Wi-Fi and meals (breakfast not included). Room service menu is great and delicious, but 22% service charge for dining in.

I really love this hotel. Some of the decor in the room may be a little out of date, but the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a good size, and they're clean. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and it has great amenities. The concierge lounge is great with lots of good food and snacks throughout the day if you have access to it. It has great views, especially on the top floors. It's very close to a metro station and within walking distance to the Dadeland Mall and lots of restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here whenever I come to Miami.

Nicer older hotel. Updated rooms (it seems like about 50%) are the new Marriott concept that I personally don't care for. No working desk, no closet. Nice bathroom though.

Older rooms are standard Marriott fit. Nice lounge for status members and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.
