I will never go here again. This location needs to clean the carpet throughout the halls and in the rooms, especially since it accepts PETS! The elevators smell like wet dogs and the rooms just have an unclean feel to them. The parking is horrible, very limited and dark. They have 1 security guard at night manning the parking lot, which tells me the location is bad. The cost is too high for that location! They need an all around makeover. NEVER AGAIN!!

Ok for a 1-night stop over to or from the keys. Property a bit dated but beds large and comfortable. Decent breakfast and plesant staff. Small pool but clean. Walking distance to Southlands Mall and some restaurants.

After a long drive down was told could not get the room because power was out. I would not have been so upset if it were for the nonchalant attude that was given by the guy at the desk me and my 3 small children had to spend the night in the car. In the morning I call talk to the manager who had the same nonchalant attude. Moving along get to the room turn on the shower and the shower head comes flying off almost hitting my son. I believe this will be my last stay at this hotel.

Even though this is only a 2-star hotel, the rooms are rather spacey, great value for the dollars spent. There is a pool here. Place is usually quiet at night. I like continental breakfast in the morning with two waffle makers in addition to the usual, it makes a good beginning of a day

Decided to give this hotel another chance after two terrible stays back in May and June of this year and I am happy to say that the difference is night and day. Stayed there for 6 days and noticed that lots of changes have taken pace to ensure safety. This time, I only saw decent people staying at the hotel. No weed smoking or drug dealings in the parking lot, no thugs hanging around the premises and no police precense. Kudos to Veronika, the new manager for a job well done turning this place around. Awesome job indeed. And of course I must mention the staff, the most amazing staff ever work at this hotel. They are very helpful and always ready to assist. And this time, the room was clean and had an amazing AC unit.

We only picked this hotel because it was the closest to our destination of the Miami Zoo and it took Dog's. I cannot express what a massive mistake this choice was! If you look at my photo's you will see exactly what I mean. The room was extremely dim in lighting, the sink was cracked in 3 places, the carpet was still damp (I assume from cleaning), then upon lifting the sheets off my Mattresses, (which I always strongly recommend) there where nasty urine/blood stains! Complained immediately, and the front desk insisted on looking then the manager sternly disagreed that some stains were blood! You decide from the photos. WHY, would you rent out a room with a cracked sink alone? The hotel was right next to I95 where you can hear the car's racing by when we were at the pool. Very little if no grass to let the Dog go to the bathroom. No smoking room's if you have a Dog, those are ONLY avail. on the 3rd floor. We will NEVER stay there again! PS we were given a free night on our next visit, lol

The manager was the most unprofessional employee I have met while dealing with this inn. The woman acts like a straight chonga. I know for sure she's not even working but staying in the back while one employee works the phones and front. This is cheap. I have never seen a disgusting manager. Because of that woman and her half as service. This whole inn is going to get it from me. I will make sure all reviews are made and the the better business bureau be notified. Especially with the fraudulent check ins. That woman was ugly in and out. I would never recommend anyone to even see her face. She is nasty and rude.

This place is gross and sketchy. I wiped my sister with a towel that appeared to be clean and it turned out to be dirty.These people are disgusting for turning the towel around to make it appear clean because "no one would notice". It also has a huge spiderweb on the wall.NOBODY CLEANS THIS PLACE!!!

Quick and comprehensive Customer service, the rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is amazing in the rooms. Complementary breakfest is good as well. Would stay here again.

The customer service was phenomenal. The morning cook even made cuban coffee. Which was a welcome effort. Both her and the Night Clerk were exceptionally helpful. I personally loved how attentive they both were.
