Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Great breakfast!!

The hotel is in good condition. The staff is helpful. The bed is comfortable. If you get a king suite, beware the fold out couch will cut off access to the bathroom and it's good for small kids and that's about it. An adult will need orthopedic rehabilitation if they sleep on the pull put couch. Wifi was adequate for business purposes.

I have been staying at this hotel for 2 weeks on business and I expect the typical minor inconveniences of being away from home but from the moment I checked in, Astrid made staying here seamlessly easy. She took the time to cover the amenities, the local shops (of which there are many) and she was so on top of everything, she warned me that the laundry soap was temporarily sold out so I didn't start a load without it. This is without question, the most convenient, comfortable hotel I have stayed at.

Great location and great breakfast. Freindly staff. Only downside is that the wifi in our room didn't work the first night, but did work on second night. Affordable. Would stay there again.

It's good for the price. Pillows are comfortable. Good breakfast. Decent rooms. Not fancy but comfortable. Small pool, thought it was bigger by looking at photos online.

Working overnight out of Lakeland. I have 16 hours a day to spend here while off.
Internet for gaming, Netflix won't work. Will find another hotel.
Staff, especially Jose the overnight guy, went out of his way to make it right, but with no resolution.
Nice room with big refrigerator and microwave.
Good hot breakfast.
Need Wi-Fi that works.

Check-in and check out was quick and courteous. Suite layout was a bit strange, and there was a strange smell throughout the room. Room was clean to casual inspection.

Well located, simple, efficient, clean hotel. Nearby a shopping mall. Ideal for a shopping trip or for a quick stop on Miami.
