I stayed here on a business trip. The air conditioner in my room was broken. The AC in the hallway was broken. Not only was it hot in my room but, the AC made noise all night and woke me up. I complained about it the next morning. The staff assured me when I came back that afternoon that they would have another room available for me. When I came back that afternoon there was nothing available for me to move to. I didn't sleep for three nights. When you are working ten hour days and driving in the Miami traffic you just want to sleep. There were no amenities. The workout area was open to all individuals walking by on the street to watch you. The staff were courteous; however, the wait for the valet was long. There was no parking and the parking they provided through the valet was $25 a day plus tax. So with the parking my room was $175 a night and it was terrible, small, old, hot and the AC kept me up. I would not stay here, nor would I recommend that anyone stay here.

The rooms were wonderful, and the hotel was in an ideal place , next to publix and the mall, BUT, the fact that someone who is already paying for their stay has to, on top of that pay $9.75 per day for wifi? That’s crazy! Overall the place was nice

My room is nice; designed well and clean. The staff were very responsive to my requests. Valets are friendly but the front desk staff were MIA some mornings, making you wait awhile to get the keys to your car. No a/c in the hallways so you get blasted with heat when you step out your door. Plenty of room in the lobby to hang with friends. Limited food selection at the bistro, and they were out of some food items.

First let me start by saying there is no parking at the hotel. The overnight parking rate is $20+. When we entered the hotel around 2 PM in the afternoon to see if rooms were available the staff made it clear that rooms were not ready. That would have been fine except the staff was not the least bit courteous. Our room ended up being on the 5th floor. The air-conditioning was broken in the hallway so it was stifling hot walking off the elevator. The room itself when we walked in was nice, it was an upgrade, very grateful for that. However, the air-conditioner in the room was so loud it woke my husband and I up in the middle of the night every time it came on. I'm normally a Courtyard fan, but I would not stay at that particular one again..

Didn't spend much time here, but no complaints. WiFi is fast and reliable, even the free version. Taking away one star because I couldn't get coffee when I had to leave for work at an awful hour in the morning.

Nice hotel in a decent area. Public transportation nearby add well as Publix grocery store got most of your needs. Rooms were good and the staff was friendly.

This hotel's service and staff were so awesome it's hard to not give them full five stars. I needed one of my guests to check in earlier than planned, downloaded their mobile app and made the request, and when she got there everything went smoothly and she was able to rest! I wasn't sure they'd let me do that but they were so awesome about it.
This place is Valet only if you have a car and it's at 13USD/day. A little pricey but again super worth it because the valet guy was always so fast and so friendly with me and my guests. So convenient to just call front desk and let them know you're venturing out and by the time you get downstairs the car is on with AC and you're ready to go (much needed in that Florida humidity!!).
The lobby also has a cafe so you can get a coffee fix as early as 8am which to me is a luxury! I didn't try their breakfast menu but my mom did and she loved it even though she's a picky eater. There's also a bar and a small "market" place to get things like bottled water, snacks, etc.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in town for business. There's a shake shack nearby and a mall so that's kinda nice!response / report this review -

Clean, up to date rooms. Reasonable prices for location. Starbucks in lobby. We had a pigeon that refused to leave our balcony, and constantly tried to get inside. A feather found in the bathroom leads us to believe that it was successful at least once.

The hotel is updated and clean, and the room I was in was spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It has all the amenities you would expect at a Courtyard and it is in a very good location, within walking distance to the Dadeland Mall, restaurants, and a metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
