We frequent this establishment. Best service around, always served large delicious portions and tall drinks. Feels like I'm eating with family.

Ordered the T bone steak and it was the worse T bone I have ever had. Barely 1/2" thick and full of gristle and fat I barely got 5 bites out of it. Very disappointed!

Fabulous customer service, very polite and helpful. Fast and proficient with delivering very authentic Mexican food. Best around town. Would refer anyone who hasn't tired Mi Casita to definitely try this place out.

I would give our visit last Saturday a 2.5, Not Really OK. We have been eating at several of the MI Casitas in Fayetteville since we moved here in 2010, and most often to the one on Ramsey Street since 2013.

It was always a good place to get lots of good Mexican food for a decent price, but over the past two years the chain has been going steadily downhill.

Saturday was no exception. The place was full, which means that they're still pleasing someone, but the floors were covered in food scraps, especially under the tables, as one waiter was simply giving the high traffic areas a lick and a promise with a little hand vacuum.

My enchiladas were lukewarm even though the plate was quite hot, suggesting that they were frozen and heated in the microwave before being placed on a pre-heated plate. My wife's chicken soup appeared to be fresh from a can rather than made from scratch, and was nothing like it used to be. It was also 'way too salty.

On the plus side, all of the staff who served us were friendly and efficient. IMHO, the problem lies with management. Mi Casita can pull up from its nosedive if it wants to, but we will give it a fairly long time before we check back in.

Great food and service. Love it! It is a great place to go for lunch & supper. The interior is festive & fun. The speed & care of the servers can not be beat. Food is hot & fresh.

Mi Casita is a great "default" decision. Good tasting and fairly inexpensive. Hard to go wrong dinning here. Perfect for a large group, plenty of room to push tables together.

Very inviting atmosphere with friendly staff. We had a year end party there. The food is wonderful at a very reasonable price. The chips and salsa are endless. It has a great lunch menu. I highly recommended.
