My wife and I have lived at Westview since 2015 (before Cortland Partners took over). Since Cortland has taken over management there has been a HUGE positive difference in how information is communicated to the residents and how the grounds have been kept. Westview has undergone a dramatic change in appearance starting with painting the exterior of the buildings and remodeling the apartments to bring them up to date with modern appliances and lighting. I would highly recommend Westview at Lincoln station to anyone who is looking for a place to live around Lone Tree!

I previously had a negative review here from when it was under the old management. I will say that the new management has really been investing in the property and making it better. The ladies in the office are nice and Danielle the community manager really impressed me with her customer service.

I'm sure it will continue to get better as long as they keep doing what they are doing.

This is the best place and location to live at!!! All my service requests have been taken care of within 24hrs and the best part is the entire community is getting upgraded. My wife and I had our first child a month ago and we're excited about the area and the whole staff has welcomed us with open arms.

This has been the best community I have lived in since the new owners took over. It is cleaner and things get taken care of quickly. They look at the residents as people and not just rent checks. The office all know me I don’t have to say anything when I go in to get a package they are grabbing it before I even get in the door. The staff is amazing would defiantly live here again.

Easily the best management company I've worked with in my life and I've spent most of my life living in apartments. Office staff is super friendly. Have been accomadating and reasonable for any questions or concerns I've had. Maintenance is always taken care of quickly. You want to live here

I moved into The Metro the beginning of July, & i absolutely love it!! My bathroom & closet are HUMONGOUS, neighbors are friendly and lively. The amenities are super great, the pool, fitness center, etc. People are always out and about here, there are lots of dogs and everyone ive met is very friendly! Getting off work late at night, I never struggle with parking!!! Which is amazing! The leasing office seems to genuinely care about their residents. They are constantly doing community events, like ice cream socials, & sending emails about current updates/upcoming changes going on in the community. I'm excited to try one of their free fitness classes they do weekly!! I'm proud to live here!

This apartment complex is top notch. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. But not only that the staff is amazing. From the leasing staff to the maintenance crew. Also you are right on the Lincoln station light rail so you are able to get downtown with ease. Also there are tons of good places to eat around the complex. Overal 5 stars.

Don't.even bother to view the website. You'll only get your hopes up. Those hopes will be completely dashed the moment you move into this.unspeakable complex.

The only thing about this place is you can give it a good rating, score some bucks, and then spend that money trying to escape.

The complex was recently purchased. Nothing will change. Management companieswell, check the track record for the new owners. Just as bad as the old.

Great community and staff. Very friendly and more than happy to help whenever I need it. Always on top of fixing things! Very quiet considering there are so many apartments. Neighbors are friendly and happy that this is a dog loving community!

I wish I could give this place a zero!

I’ve lived in complexes throughout Metro Denver. I've never encountered a property like Metropolitan at Lincoln Station. Just one week of living here and I discovered I made a major mistake renting an apartment at Metro.

The property is in very poor condition. Doors are broken, emergency lighting and equipment missing. If you arrive home after dark, and expect lighting on complex grounds, you will be greatly disappointed. It’s DARK! The walk from the Light Rail to your apartment will be lighted by either the moon and stars or the flashlight you discover is required equipment.

Did I mention rats? Yes, there WERE rats. I anticipate they will return once warmer weather arrives. USPS stopped delivering for a period of time due to the rats. During the tour of the property, I was told the rat issue was ‘completely resolved’. I was also told people sleeping on the grounds was resolved “months ago”. Then the couple I saw sleeping on the lawn were doing what?

I imagine management expects residents to keep the apartments clean. Unfortunately, management doesn’t feel the same about the grounds or buildings. They are disgusting and include vomit, feces (hopefully dog), toilet paper in the hallways, food on the carpets, cigarette butts everywhere and no idea what is on the walls or ceiling! Food is dumped wherever convenient and remains until it either dries up or someone cleans it up. This could be YOU!!!!

Parking: I intended to use one of the staircases leading to the garages. Not only are they dark, some of the stairs are missing treads and if snow shoveling is done….it is rare. The spaces are so tight, there are days I wonder how I am going to enter my car. As far as dents, dings, etc., you will not be able to avoid them unless you rent a garage. There are also dually trucks parked in the parking structures and considering the parking spaces are extremely narrow, these trucks should be parking elsewhere!

Trying to report anything is ridiculous. Staff either doesn’t answer the phone, aren’t in the office or give you a blank look and say they will take care of it…then they don’t. Should something need fixing, Chris is the maintenance guy but he’s stretched beyond what could be expected of anyone! Far too much is hurried and results in forgotten commitments regarding repairs. This means more of your time being expended.

I wish I could ignore paying the rent as easily as management ignores issues, residents and the general condition of the property. However, unlike management, I appear to be bound by the lease.

Amenities? Yes, they are here. As far as useable….not always. The pool was without chairs for a part of the summer. The gym often needs cleaning and the coffee bar is for show. They do have candy!

Every time I have to deal with staff, I am reminded of “hear no evil”, “see no evil”, “speak no evil” except at Metro it’s “hear no issues”, “see no issues” and “take care of no issues”.

I wanted a place where I could live for a couple of years. I can’t wait to move out!!!!!

Don’t believe what staff tells you. They may say they plan to move into the property. They may tell you they’ve lived here and it was great! They will tell you about the rewards program. Rewards? I didn’t rent for rewards. I rented a residence. They will tell you whatever they need in order to get you to rent, pay the fees and move in. That’s when the BS begins. Don’t fall for it and find a place you can actually enjoy.

I've renewed my lease for 3rd Year. Great location and community. So far, I had smooth transactions with the lease management. One more main reason why family wants to continue here is the floor plan. None of the neighboring apartments has a good floor plan like Metropolitan. Overall, it's a good experience for me to be here.

I looked into moving here and I would advise anyone considering to look elsewhere. The inside halls are not maintained and extremely dirty. Upon taking the tour the leasing office staff picked up candy wrappers, cereal boxes and many other pieces of trash. We told the leasing office staff that we were not looking to sign a lease that day and we would consider them. They use extremely pushy methods that are quite annoying to figure out if you are going to sign a lease. I received in excess of 30 emails from the apartment complex and the management company asking about my decision. I informed them multiple times that I would be pursuing other options and they continued to email me asking about my decision. If you want to be annoyed on a daily basis about your decision, these are the people to see. I have visited many other complexes and they are not nearly as invasive and pushy as metropolitan at Lincoln station. I would recommend you see what is out there and know your options before pursuing Metropolitan at Lincoln station. This complex is very money hungry, more so than the others I have lived at or visited.
