We stayed here for a night on our way up to Summit County.everything was excellent: from check-in, to the room (clean, spacious, very nice), staff (Bill & Kathy especially). Breakfast was wonderful!!!
Overall, one of the best we have ever stayed at!!!! We will be back again!!!

Great service, clean, easy to find. At this location I actually had an issue with the refrigerator making a noise throughout the night so I unplugged it, and told them the next day. They ensured to make the situation right, you don’t find too many locations that are willing to make it right anymore. Thank you!

This place is awesome! My room was super clean. As was the lobby and other public areas. The staff is extremely friendly and out going. I spent a week here, and this is the most comfortable I've been while traveling. Also, two hour evening socials with free beer, wine, and food. Morning breakfast is top quality with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had a very good experience here. Visited over Thanksgiving and staff made arrangements so that, even though there were other guests using an area for there feasts, we also used the same little area. It worked out perfectly. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had breakfast and dinner. They had during the week, although not much while we were there, alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine, as well as coffee, orange juice, milk, and water. The pool was big, wasn't really impressed with the weight room but I didn't use it anyway so no matter to me. The store inside the store was full of a lot of different little goodies and drinks as well as medicine, was a little pricey but not much of a surprise there. Staff were helpful when asked questions and were always smiling and friendly. It was a enjoyable stay here

Spacious, well-appointed clean rooms. The pillows are fabulous and help with a great night's sleep. My room had a ceiling fan over the bed and I like circulating air, so that was a pleasant surprise. The folks at reception we're very helpful and polite. They also offer a shuttle that runs until 7pm that will take and drop you off within a 5 mile radius or so. Additionally, there are happy hour social events in the lounge each week night. I was pleased with my stay.

I'm a 25 year Hilton family hotel girl - for business travel. This is the first time in those 25 years that I've been compelled to write a mostly negative review. In fairness, the room was fantastic. The public areas were clean and as you'd expect. The management and front desk clerk on Friday October 13, 2017 are what ruined my entire trip.
For those who travel for business, things happen. Client issue arose, I requested and was granted a late checkout. House keeping still knocked and walked in 5 times with the front desk ringing the room phone 3 times even after the late checkout was granted - while I'm in meetings trying to resolve a customer issue. As I am walking out the door of the hotel room, the room phone rings again (2 minutes after the time they informed I needed to vacate to prevent a full day charge), I hurried back in to answer the phone - it was the front desk again now informing me that the time had elapsed and found in my folio, an extra nights' stay 50 dollars more than my confirmed rate. What fun!
I phoned the diamond desk who was equally appalled as the general manager refused to speak with the diamond desk representative at Hilton indicating they didn't have time for nonsense. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel for personal or business travel. There are many other wonderful Hilton family options in the same general area.response / report this review -

I had a lovely time here. The room was a suite that even had a small kitchen. I didn't get a chance to cook anything this trip but loved that if I wanted to I could. The hotel even had a happy hour on Monday night with free drinks from 5 till 7pm. A great way to treat their guests. And when you're in the lobby they had a cucumber mint water that was delicious and refreshing morning and night. The staff was kind and very responsive to every question and request. If you're looking for a place to stay this is it. Plus They had CHOCOLATE CHIP WAFFLES that you could make!!!

I always stay here when I come to Centennial. It's been about 4 years, but this was the first I looked up. Comfortable rooms, super clean nice huge breakfasts and evening social hours and happy hours. Great rates, and central to pretty much everything. It's like a little apartment, so it's perfect for long stays.

Good value. Spacious suite hotel with kitchen. Loved connecting room option. Happy we could bring our dog --worth $100 pet fee Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Enjoyed fitness center and indoor pool. Lots of nearby restaurant, entertainment and shopping options. Recommend Topgolf and Family Sports Center.

The stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean and comfortable. My only real complaint is that they seem to be impossible to reach by phone. I tried calling on several occasions and always receive a busy signal. I've never been able to reach them by phone but upon arriving at the hotel, they were very friendly. I think that having a hotel that you can contact is incredibly important so it was very, very frustrating that I had never been able to get through to them. However, overall, the hotel is nice, quiet, and the staff is polite. It would just be nice to be able to call them.

Great rooms with comfortable suites and amenities. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. Dinner social options Monday through Thursday are a nice addition. Rooms were clean and staff is attentive. Free WiFi could definitely use some help very slow. Overall great place to stay in a quiet part of town during the weekend.

This is my third stay here for business. It's a nice hotel with helpful staff. Hotel is going through some remodeling. I didn't hear any load noise. Breakfast is really good with a great selection. Room was very nice and very clean.
