Dr. Freeman is the one doctor I’ll actually listen to AND as long as I prove to my wife that I’ve gone to see him, she leaves me alone as well. While I don’t abide by all the rules he lives by, his motives are understood and respectable. National Jewish wouldn’t be what it is without him!!

Dr. Freeman is a thorough, detail-oriented, kind, and hard working provider. Dr. Freeman stands out amongst other cardiologists because he is passionate about treating the patient as whole (not just their immediate cardiovascular issues), and he takes the time to empower his patients by educating them about how to take control of their own health.
Dr. Freeman is thoughtful, funny, and always puts his patients first. He helps to coordinate close patient follow up and communicates with other members of the patient’s care team to ensure that all of his patient’s needs are being met.
Dr. Freeman is a wonderful advocate for health and overall patient well-being. Any patient would be lucky to be under Dr. Freeman’s care.response / report this review -

Dr. Freeman has been my mother’s cardiologist for years.
She has recently had a difficult diagnosis to contend with, and he has offered excellent, reasonable advice that truly suits her lifestyle and goals. He has proven to be extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and caring.
Would highly recommend his care to others. It is comforting knowing that he is guiding a loved ones healthcare in a difficult time full of difficult decisions.response / report this review -

Dr. Freeman is such a gift to patients and to NJH! He listens well, explains things thoroughly, and answers my long list of questions clearly. He's the only doc I have that understands nutrition and that teaches me how I can improve my own health through my choices. I am empowered by him, rather than made to feel like a tiny cog in the drug & medical procedures world.
He keeps a close eye on me. Because of him, it was discovered that I have sleep apnea when other docs said I didn't - simply because of how I looked. His specialty is cardiology, yet he looks at the whole person - not just a symptom or two. Everyone should be so fortunate to have Dr. Freeman as their doc. NJH is very lucky to have him on staff and I am lucky to have him as my doc!response / report this review -

Dr. Freeman cares about his patients. He is patient and helpful. Answered all my questions and did make me feel rushed or like he didn’t have time for me. He is also very knowledgeable about my condition.
