Great RV resort with excellent facilities that is convenient to shopping and exploring the greater Phoenix area or spending the winter months.
We pulled into the resort on a Sunday afternoon and were warmly greeted. A host lead us to our site and helped me back our 5th wheel into our site. That was about the easiest I have ever backed into a site. People around the resort were very friendly except for the woodworking shop. We are only staying here for one month and I was told that I had to pay for a full season to use the woodworking for the one month that we are staying here. When I asked why this was, I was not given a reason just that that was the way it was. I drove down the road to Mesa Regal and dropped into their wood shop and was told that it would not be a problem to get a one month membership to their shop. Only problem was that Mesa Regal is a CalAm park. Not impressed with Encore and will probably never stay at their park again. When we parked our unit we were told that they had just finished tearing down 16 park model unit. Not a good sign. We were also told that they would like it if everyone in the park was an annual rate payer. Wide open arms not for part time campers.
This is one of the nicest RV parks. It has every amenity and anything you would like to do. You can bike, walk and even roller blade 5miles in the park without hitting the same road twice. 3 pools and 5 jaguzzis not to mention 2 great fully equipped fitness centers. We absolutely loved this park and will definitely be back again.
It was a welcoming and charming RV Park. The layout of the park had ample room with concrete slabs for each spot. There are movile homes for the most part, but are very nice and kempt up. I would easily stay there in my travel trailer with no stay limitations as far as time is concerned. Nice swimming pool and games area. Office and info. area is attractive. This is a Gated and Guard Secured Park.
Very nice place if you are a fancy camper. All cement and blacktop. Beautiful pools, hot tubs, laundry facilities, and very neat and clean.
I nice RV Park. We only stopped for one night however the staff treated us real good and all facilities worked perfect.
Lots of things to do. Very clean place. Poeple are very nice and helpful.
Nice facilities, friendly staff. Very busy and limited camping during the fall and winter months. Reservations are a must for that time of year. Otherwise, no problem getting a site.
Just visited a friend here. The park was great! Tons of activities and events. There are two swimming pools and other games areas. There are restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Enjoyed my stay here.
It's a 55+ only RV Resort. Clean, quiet, numerous amenities. Also a mix of rentals and privately owned mobile homes. A nice place for snowbirds! I imagine that the off season must be pretty can or Hola a different customer who seek the heart. It's Arizona, after all!
Clean, friendly, spaces are nice size, easy to find way around park, prices not bad, not far from US60.
Lots to do in the park. Lots of friendly people. Great location for live theater, kayaking, hiking, shopping, concerts.
Very neat park with a lot of amenities. Affordable and very popular.
