I enjoy AMC. Clean, reserved seating, in house bar, solid snack bar choices, and an exceptional movie experience, especially in the Dolby Experience theater! Have you ever had your seat shake as the Millenium Falcon flies by and the enemy ship explodes?!?!
I also like you can get golden ticket movie passes good for any showing, no restrictions for new release or time of day.
Good area of town, never heard if or seen issues with break-ins to cars DUE to a well lit parking lot and security.response / report this review -

The popcorn sizes are big. The drink selection is huge! It’s only Coca-Cola products but still. Caffeine free, calorie free, both! And the best part? You dispense it yourself! No more waiting in line and paying $1.50 every time you want a refill. They also have dispense-it-yourself butter. You get to pick your seat so I suggest getting your ticket sooner rather than later. Oh and the icing on the cake is: they have reclining chairs.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that there’s almost always popcorn on the floor and the counter where the butter dispenser resides is an oily mess. Not really a big deal since it is a movie theater but it’s worth noting.response / report this review -

Good theater, decent food, nice seats, and a bar in the lobby (and you can totally take your drinks into the theaters). Good selection of soda with several flavors. Great selection of food like pizza, sliders, chicken strips, hot dogs, pretzels, etc. Not the best food for a reclining theater, but definitely better than most. Nice big screens with Dolby picture/sound. The biggest complaint I have is it takes them forever to make your food (anything other than popcorn). And like most theaters, they don't bring it to you. If you are planning on eating some sliders and fries while you watch the movie, get there 20 minutes early. Also, the food and drinks is expensive for a theater. My favorite is Fatcats, but AMC is my backup.

Oh my gosh, where do I start. Amazing theater! The family and I love this theater. My kids are always begging me to take them here. The arranged seats are so comfortable and popcorn is always great. Worth every penny spent here!

Well it's been a year or so since I have walked thew these doors. Well the new look is great. And the drinks self service. But no one tells u there's free refill. Big plus.u can prevent order u food and candy.koo.and the 3dollar pizza ! O ya.plus.the seats seem a little narrow. But clean and new.the scene seems small 2 what I'm use 2.its ok no great. So good luck 2 u.

Okay, Dolby Vision is a 12 bit color very high dynamic range picture. The promise of it and the extra money paid should yield some satisfaction. The Dolby Theater here is not good. The movie (Blade Runner 2049) was not formatted to the screen and was blurry and actually had some doubling of images on the sides! I could hire a 5 year old and expect better results, it was really bad! I gave it two stars as some people actually may not even notice the picture did not fit the screen and it was out of focus on the sides.

I love the self serve drinks and large popcorn is HUGE.
The seats are the best very comfortable and roomy.
I live about 20 mins away but it is so worth going here I go any chance that I get.
They even have 3d movies as well.
The down is that the seats sometimes run out fast and you have to buy the tickets in advance to be able to get good seats.

BEST THEATER EVER TO SEE THE BLOCKBUSTERS!!! Gotta love the reserved reclining seats,the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere. Admittedly the first movie I ever saw here was Furious 8 (I had my reasons) but seeing it here was enough to make up my mind that I'd be going here again and again andyou get the idea 🏆

Location is great if you wanna grab some food anything from sushi to BBQ before or after. Theatre is always clean seats are chosen at time of purchase motorized recline .

They don't clean the theaters, thank goodness!
Shortly after leaving the theater on Saturday I realized I was missing my wallet. There were 2 places it could be. I didn't use it to purchase anything at the theater, so it could be at home. The other possibility was that I left it in the theater. I remembered digging around in my purse for some contact drops before the movie started, so maybe I took my wallet out and left it on the seat. I started driving home already so I figured I would just run in the house and see if it was there. I called the theater a TON of times on the way home , somebody answered once and hung up on me, otherwise the calls were just ignored. The wallet was not at home, so I went back to the theater. First I went to the customer service/ticket booth to see if it had been turned in. The young man asked me for a description, and pulled out a binder to see if it had been turned in and written down. No luck there. I asked if I could just go see if it was still in the theater. The next showing of the movie was already starting. luckily nobody had purchased tickets for the seats we were in, so I went up to check them out. There it was! My wallet was sitting untouched in the middle of the seat!! It was easy to spot, a big brown wallet in the middle of the bright red chair. nobody cleaned the theater, lucky me!!response / report this review -

Went to go see Beauty and the Beast on opening weekend. Have to say this was the most dirtiest theater I have ever been in. Popcorn all over the floor. The drink stations were dirty and soda all over. Go to our theater 9 and it wasn't even clean and people were seated and ready to watch the movie. I go to the manager and let her know that this is the dirtiest theater and all she can say is that we have large crowds and behind. No apology or nothing. I will not recommend this theater to anybody.

I ordered tickets 4 days in advance to a showing.. the next morning I found out I was unable to come to that showing so I contacted amc via telephone to get a refund on the tickets when calling I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I was told I wouldn't get the full refund and I was being charged a convenience fee of 4 dollars mind you the entire conversation the lady was very short and rude the entire time that is half of a ticket. If I'm calling well before the showing date why am I being charged?! I decided to call customer service to try to resolve the issue after forever on hold once again when I did connect and get a hold of someone they said they couldn't hear me and hung up on me. Customer service is terrible here don't waste your money or time with them.
