I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The noise from the rooftop parties they have on the weekends is so excessive and lasts through the night. It makes it impossible to sleep - loud, heavy bass music thumping throughout the building. I truly don't understand why they don't care about their hotel guests being able to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Do not be tempted to over ride the negative comments here. The rate may be tempting relative to nearby and newer hotels but it can't possibly be worth it. There is a party/dj on the 8th floor on Fri/Sat. nights until 2 am. The bass vibrates throughout the entire building. The desk staff is indifferent to the inconvenience this may cause the guests. In addition, the walls must be very thin as the sound of the cleaning staff opening plastic waste bags at 4:00 am was loud enough to wake me. To provide further sleep disruption, passage of the staff through the stairwell door creates continual loud slamming sounds. On the upside, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure and shower solid, and the location is good.

Much more basic/no frills than I expected for the price; very small room with older, paint-spattered furniture and pool was actually quite small. Nice rooftop bar though, that was the best part.

Booked a room through a 3rd party site. Arrived at nearly midnight to find out we were overbooked. The guy at the front desk was unapologetic and simply told us it's not his fault its the fault of the third party. He could've offered us a drink or something for being inconvenienced. The lobby was reminiscent of a backwoods Florida motel. It was very spent that this is a cheap motel they put a little furniture in to make look trendy enough to ask $300+/ night. The best thing that happened to us was that it was over booked bc i would never stay there.

Room was clean but customer service was at an all time -100!! No bellman, front desk was no help as they don't answer the phones. Elevators consistently out of service and someone got stuck in one in between floors and people stood around as though it were normal or not a big deal. Front desk area was under construction and there was no notification of that. Front desk youngster was too busy trying to go on a Newport smoke break that she couldn't assist with anything and loyal side kick stood there like a deer in headlights. If you're going to have kids run a hotel they need management and customer service training. I didn't run a cross one person that had a glimpse of either.

I can't speak for the hotel as I've only come for the rooftop. The rooftop is a little small and there are better rooftops with views of the city just a few blocks away (The Ides Bar). The drinks are a little pricier, but it's what you expect from a rooftop. There is a DJ usually but the sound system isn't as good and the music is a hit or miss. I'd recommend coming in once to see it but I've never spent an entire night at this place. Typically come in for a drink and leave.

Very cool place. Great pool. Location good but room smelled of smoke and was a bit small. I would agree with the other reviews about maintenance. There were just some fiddly issues such as the window catch, shower mixer, and door latch which did not work. The hotel needs to sort out the basics. Found ourselves looking enviously at the William Vale.

The rooftop bar while relatively small, has a nice vibe and has a sliding roof that allows it to be open air in the warm months. Good selection of drinks, but only bottled and can beer.

Place is nice. Cool decor. A little out of the way but there are a few warehouse parties and raves at night which makes up for it being out in bumblefuck brooklyn

Went to see a friend who was DJing on the rooftop and it was the perfect experience. Friendly staff, chill atmosphere, comfortable seating. Will definitely return next time he plays!

Rooftop bar with some interesting cocktails on the menu. There are bar snacks available during happy hour, 5-8pm. Would recommend.

Room I was in was cozy, but a bit small for more than one person. Closet was tiny. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were extremely nice. The view of the city from the room is amazing. Location of the hotel is great, right near lots of shops, restaurants, and a park. The hotel was a bit noisy one of the nights, but guess that is the reason they provide ear plugs in the room.
