  They aren't trying to make a quick buck! Ran over a nail in my "pretty close to new" tire. My warranty requires tires at the same tread. Due to this I had to purchase 4 tires. I called everywhere around Syracuse. This store matched a deal from a competitor and then offered a deal of three tires and one free. This gave me the cheapest option for the best Quality Tire. They set up an immediate appointment. I drove down and my car was taken back within 5 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room where there's drinks and snacks offered. A tech soon came out to inform me all but the punctured tire were in great condition. He wanted to inform me I did not need to purchase all of the tires because he didn't want to take advantage. I greatly appreciated that because that's not what you expect when taking your car in. I informed him about my warranty and agreed to the four tires. They now have a customer for life.

  Been using Dunn Tire for over 30 years. I will not go anywhere else for tires. They are honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

  Sometimes the wait is a little long, but they carry a wide variety of tires and have been doing brake work for me for years.
  
  I trust them with light mechanical on my F250 and buy my commercial tires here.

  Michael, the assistant manager went above and beyond my expectations! Recently switched over to my winter tires with them, hit a large rock and blew out one. Mike got me in next day, had tires shipped that day and had my car back on the road before I had to be at work at 5 Thanks again Mike.

  The guys here were super friendly and helpful. Had a screw in my tire, brought it in, they patched it for me in 15 minutes and I was back on the road. Saved me a bunch of money because if they told me I needed a new tire I would have believed them.

  thanks to the team at this location for addressing the tire concerns on my Tacoma. the ride is smooth and now I enjoy driving it. the 80mi round trip was well worth the results. will see you again. THUMBS UP to the management and the technicians
