Found the car I Internet went down looked at it within about five hours I was driving out with my new car. Everybody one was friendly smiling and they’re very very nice people. Just remember one thing if you get a car off of him then just ask them for a free tank of gas after you buy your car. Tell them Bill said to ask you.

About a month ago I called Matthews motors looking for something affordable , I was put in touch with Allison and she absolutely treated me like I was her only customer. Although my credit was less than perfect to say the least , she got me approved for a beautiful low mileage car that was affordable for me .
Plus they did all of this over the phone! Brought me my paperwork and my car to me . Truly the best experience buying a car I've ever had !! Thanks Allison and the Matthews Motors Family!!!! AWESOME PLACE TO BUY A CAR !!!!response / report this review -

I made the decision to work with a local dealership and have no regrets. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt valued as a person.that feeling is what will keep me coming back in the future. My maybe but not really planned adventure in car buying started with meeting Shawn on the lot on a Saturday and it was his character, light hearted nature, and work ethic that had me back on the lot within a couple days.not the car or a promise of a good dealAlthough I do love the car and the deal was a good one.I have to say that it was the experience with the Matthew Motors 2 family that had me smiling and feeling confident in my decision. Shawn went out of his way to make my car buying experience an outstanding one and for that he will have a fan for life.or at least as long as he is in the car business, actually for life he is great. I have to give a thumbs up to the other fellows too, they and Shawn were beyond helpful during and beyond my purchase! This was my first time buying a car from them but it will not be my last.

I bought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Shawn Bronner, and I recommend going to him to anybody who is asking about a car. He really knows his stuff, and even though it's been 2 months since my purchase I can still call him to this day with all kinds of questions. I checked out the lot, and one day the deal was done. I appreciate them so much. Ashley West is also very sweet and she made my experience very personable. They really make you feel like family here. I will continue to go to Matthews Motors for any car purchase I will make ever and I will continue to tell all my friends how awesome they were to me. :) They had me since day one! Two cars purchased with them.

The people at Matthew's are like family to us! We had never before walked onto a car lot and felt that the people really cared about us. But at Matthew's Motors they would move the sun and the earth to make sure we got a car in the price range that we wanted. They cared about us and worked tirelessly to ensure we got what we wanted. They treat you like a person, like family, not just another sale. We have purchased four, yes FOUR cars from them already, and never plan to go anywhere else. We recommend for everyone to shop at Matthew's Motors in Goldsboro. You would be crazy to go anywhere else!!
