I had a great experience with Frema Mazda. From the owner to the Finance Manager and especially the Salesman Allan Head!!! Everything went very smooth in the transaction. There were no last minute "curve balls" in the deal. A very honest and trustworthy dealership. I look forward to working with them for many years to come. It's people like them that makes me proud to have moved to North Carolina! !

First time ever buying a car, told me my credit was shot and it wasn’t!!!!!! I hated the car they put me in, extremely basic, turned it back in, they said they didn’t want it!!!!! and turned around then they told me I was in the negative like 9/10,000 dollars! Gave me a new car and instead of redoing old deal they did new lease! I cannot stand the service I was dealt! I felt taken advantage of! Will pay off what is owed to them and never return, worst service ever!

I needed a car for my daughter and had looked at a few other dealerships. Frema wasted no time in offering me a really great deal. Bottom line was better than I expected, payment was lower than I wanted and staff treated me with respect. Other dealerships acted as though I wasn't intelligent enough to know a good deal because I'm a woman. Big Mistake. Glad to see Frema Motors works with honesty and integrity.

My 2012 TDI VW Jetta was a part of the EPA Modification Recall issue and once I received my letter from VW of America stating the modification had been approved by the EPA and I could now have my car repaired with the updates, I called Frema Motors. They schedule my modification repair within a week or so, delivered a loaner vehicle to me at work (as I live/work an hour away) as they were not sure how long the service would take. Debbie and Charlie in the Service Department were awesome in keeping me updated on the status of the repairs and Earl the kind gentleman that brought me the loaner car and delivered my car back to me was amazing!
As a side note, I called another VW dealership closer to my home prior to calling Frema and that dealership totally blew me off and told me they were not aware the modifications had been approved yet by EPA and for me to "call back in a few weeks"! I offered to send her the email I received from VW of America and I was told that was not necessary?!?!

So a BIG Thank you to Frema Motors!

Absolutely wonderful. My wife and I had gone to a local dealer and we were not happy with them. We had talked to several other dealers also. One of them flat out lied to me, so we looked around. I made some inquiries over the internet. The Frema team was the first of 7 to contact me. We talked and worked things out over the phone and emails. I told them where my wife needed to be with the numbers. They made it happen. When we went to look at the vehicles and decide which one, they made sure that the model and colors she requested were there. The one my wife was favoring was cleaned, fueled and ready to go. They even had it delivered that same day to satisfy my wife. Other dealers offered to get whatever she wanted after the deal was done, but the Frema team went and got it. There was even a offer to deliver it to her since we were at a distance. All she had to do was choose. That choice was the hardest part of the whole process. The paperwork was simple and ready to go upon arrival. The staff and the owner Frankie were polite, considerate, extremely helpful and they listened to our questions and eliminated any concerns. No pressure at all. They explained the vehicle and features in depth. There weren't any smoke or mirror that I could see. They did exactly what they said and no negotiations. The only numbers mentioned were the ones on the paperwork that had already been established. It was truly a sign & drive experience. I would definitely recommend giving the Frema team a chance. Gabe, Clayton, Frankie, Dan and Crystal all teamed up to make this a extremely comfortable, easy and pleasant experience. If your unsure where to go, do yourself a favor and give them a chance.
