Lesa Pease in the Service Dept has one of the worse attitudes I've seen on someone in Customer Service in a long time. In a time of people watching how they spend there money,
She was continuously rude and nasty. I dont recommend spending your money here if you want nice quality service.
Everyone at Deacon Jones Kia have been fantastic! They provide the absolute best personal service. They go above and beyond to make the experience of buying a car pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's shopping for a new or used car.
*****UPDATED******
On Wednesday August 3, 2017, salesman Braydon called my wife and arranged to pick up the sorento to do the "WE OWE". Braydon explained why he didn't call her to set up an appointment on Monday. Braydon has went out of the way to keep us satisfied. He exceeded. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking a Kia.
Went on a late Saturday afternoon and purchase a Kia Sorento. The wife loves her new ride. And we had a good experience with the staff.
Was told on Saturday by the sales manager that the salesman would called on the following Monday to set up an appointment for my wife to come on Tuesday and they would do the "We Owe" that we agreed on.
Monday came and gone without one word from the salesman or the sales manager about the appointment. Never the less, my wife took off from work to do this. And no call, no appointment. Now she has missed a days work because of this.. this is totally unsatisfactory!!!
Friendly staff & got a great deal on a 2015 car!
Very friendly sales staff. Not only did they help me pick out a car that was right for me, they also helped me in returning my previous lease to a Ford dealership -- removing all the headaches I was dealing with in getting a new car.
Would not recommend any of the Deacon Jones lots in Goldsboro. Had an appointment to go look at a vehicle. Drove 90 minutes, got there and was told the vehicle i was there to see had not been returned from being test driven from the day before. After waiting an hour, I was told by the manager that another customer was buying the vehicle (I called while on the way to let them know i was on the way, and was told that the other customer decided against buying this vehicle.) After leaving the dealership, I get a call from one of the employees and ultimately the manager, asking if I was still interested that the other customer changed their mind. I was told they give me an "exceptional" deal for my trouble. This "exceptional" deal was sell me the vehicle at cost, but give me $3,000 below value on my trade in, without even seeing it. The company motto is "We treat others the way we want to be treated." Definitely don't think that was the case in this particular situation.
Great location, Great sales staff, will work with you on financing. Purchse
D my first Kia Sorenta andvit drives great.
Took care of my recall fast. In and out in less then 1 hour
Great staff and salespeople. Love my new truck.
Had an excellent experience with Season. Our son is an airman at SJAFB and she answered all our questions and even spoke with her General Mgr prior to our son arriving to test drive the car he was interested in. Almost all negotiating was done by phone, except that the GM's offer wasn't matched by the salesperson once our son sat down to do the numbers. GM had him "out the door" at about $1K less than salesperson offered. Son said "no" and price was negotiated down by another $600. We were good with the final numbers as they also got him a 6.65% interest rate through SunTrust versus the 12% Capital One offered him. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely work with them again. Our son drove off happy with a shiny "new" car for Christmas. Thanks for your excellent help, Season, & Deacon Jones staff.
Sales lady was nice and helpful. General manager us a poor attitude. I was told the window motor would be repaired in my vehicle and brakes would be replaced. I left the vehicle with the service department for four days and the repairs were not completed. The brakes then began grinding and the parking brake was inoperable. I was told by the general manager that the brakes still passed inspection and they were only replacing them to help me out.
I've shopped 5 dealerships in the last week looking for a used car. Yesterday I bought a Honda Accord from Deacon Jones Kia, the whole experience was top notch. First off my salesman Tim was informative, honest and low-pressure. The Gm Steve was great to bounce questions off as well. It was the rare combination of exceptional service with the best value making this buyer feel like I got a great deal. Thanks Deacon Jones, you have my business from now on.
