The room was clean and comfortable for the price. I was impressed with the nice personality of the staff and hospitality.

The Lido Motel was really nice. We were expecting a lot less for the price but found a room far cleaner and far more comfortable than the price point suggested. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was well-kept. The pool was closed but it was late October in New York. If we're ever up around Lake George again, we would definitely stay again.

Great little place! Very clean, friendly, helpful staff. Great rate for at the lake. Being outside we've met everyone staying here too, its been a good time, we even added an extra night. They have a barbque area, great pool and space for kids to play, is within walking distance to everything, good parking as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location just a walk to the strip. Room needs major renovations very outdated a fresh coat of paint can pruce up the room. The mattresses seem like they have been there since 20 years very old and not comfortable. When we checked in the room the A/C was turned off even though there was people checking out before we got the room. When we walking in it was super hot. Bathroom very out dated. The people running the place were very nice service was great but they need to put some money into thus place.

Clean rooms, reasonable rates, friendly staff. Been coming here yearly for over 25 years. 1 block behind the high school, short walk to village.

Ours was a sudden plan to stay overnight at Lake Goerge that night.But we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the night .Great last moment Price.
It is located at the heart of the city.It is the cleanliest Motel I've ever stayed in.The bathroom was super-clean and the toilets were sanitized and sealed,the shower was a plus.The room smelled good.The vicinity was nice and clean and a part of the Motel had a great view of the Mountains as well.response / report this review -

I am sorry to say we had a bad experience i had called for a room and never received confirmation for the room. Within less than 20 hrs called to cancel the room and never received a confirmation for the cancellation. Therefore, was never informed of any charges for cancelling until the room was cancelled and was told the charge would be $143.19 to cancel the room. We have never had this problem till the new people took over the hotel. I have been staying here for many yrs and have been staying in lake george for over 40 yrs and never had this problem. Tried to talk to management, and the woman who answered the phone refused to put me in touch with management, and would not put my credit card company in touch with management. I would recommend not to stay at their motels which are Lido, Pine Brook and 7 Dwarfs. Very unprofessional people running these establishments. I will no longer be doing business with these people.

Found a used syringe under the cabinet in the bathroom. This is not a joke. The manager was nice at the beginning but didn't do nothing for that. It was late and I was with a tired kid. This is unacptable. Too bad, the location of this small motel was good. The room was noisy a bit and there's no opaque curtains. Never again

Absolutely loved my stay there. Super affordable, and it is literally one block away from lake George. The customer service was professional and quick to help with anything. The pool was crystal clear and the room itself was so clean you could have eaten off the floor if you wanted. Less than 45 minutes from the Saratoga performing arts center. 10/10 would recommend and I'll definitely be back!
