Awesome place, dope af, everybody's chill. They accomodate you if you arrived late and wont charge you for leaving late. They have free apples. Nice people. Comfy beds. Clean rooms and sheets. Friendly af employees. Whole place is cozy af. 5 stars af.

Very pet friendly! Continental breakfast was better than I thought it was going to be. Room decor is nicely updated and there are nice amenities in the room.

Excellent breakfast; they have rice for during breakfast! For an Asian like me who grew up eating rice for breakfast, this is awesome and nostalgic. 😂 Would prefer scrambled eggs though over soufflé they serve everyday though.
The room is nice and clean. I took 1 star off because the noise that the toilet tank is making every now and then wakes up in the middle of the night :( I am not sure if this was the case for just our bathroom or the other toilet tanks do this as well.
Overall, I would choose to stay here again when we visit the South Bay.response / report this review -

Located in a good neighborhood. The hotel is clean, updated , comfortable beds, great showers, has a very clean pool and jacuzzi. Their breakfast is awesome! Recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for a total of 10 days and found my stay great. The breakfasts are complimentary and have good options. The place is clean. The staff is professional and takes good care your room and requests. However, sometimes they are too strict to provide extra salt and pepper other than breakfast time. Parking space is ample. There is pool as well if you want to relax yourself in warm water.

This is a great find with better than average breakfast and a wonderful happy hour. 2 free drinks and hot snacks usually allow me to save on dinner! Staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

The breakfast has staples like eggs, sausage, and bacon. Waffle irons, yogurt etc. They also had buttermilk biscuits and to my surprise steamed rice, miso soup, and cup o noodle. Good bed and pillows. The phone had a sushi button for room service which I find hilarious. Overall a good stay.

Great hotel for the price, has a really good breakfast. I just wish the beds were softer, the chairs were not just for decoration (they are hard as rock and the material is scratchy), and the hot tub disabled chair did not keep moving into a position where it hit you in the head. Other than this, this place is really nice. I think if they tweaked a few things I would be in love with this hotel.

Excellent! I would definitely book this hotel again! My dog was allowed to stay there (max limit is 45lb, but they made an exception this 1 time). The breakfast was amazing - there were so many options! The room was clean (had a queen size bed); bathroom looked very nice. Plenty of towels. If you're looking for a hotel that's nice and affordable, this is the place!

I travel a lot. And out of all the hotels i’ve stayed in, this one is my favorite. The rooms are decent sized and the lobby is beautiful. There are so many breakfast choices. I love Maple Tree, keep the good work up.

Clean, quiet, classy design, and excellent customer service. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of ethnic choices. Plenty of restaurants around and wonderful pool!

This hotel is very clean and pet friendly. The beds are very comfortable I slept very well there. They have a great breakfast in morning many selections. They also have a happy hour in the afternoon they serve some delicious snacks and food with alcohol and non alcoholic beverages it's very nice! In the evening they have an assortment of delicious cookies just off the front desk and they have lemonade, coffee and tea available to drink in the lobby. This hotel has everything that you need.
