Tripped upon this hotel, so happy we did. Customer service is top notch, it’s obvious the staff cares as if this were their own business (as a business owner I know how rare that is). Patrick welcomed us around 10pm Wednesday night, and took great care of us I’m a light sleeper and he took the request to heart and found us the perfect room. When ever I’ve asked for a quiet room- at other hotels, it equates to a joke, so I appreciate that he took the time to accommodate us. Hotel is older, but Rooms are updated in a cool 60’s theme, very clean (you can tell the custodians take their work seriously) and spacious with awesome bathrobes for the pool!! Over-all it is increasingly rare to find businesses who care- these folks do, and I am thoroughly impressed! Good Job Gang!!

Amazing customer service! The staff makes the stay 100% better, they are kind and helpful, all around super awesome. They helped us find hiking trails, figure out another nights stay, and were overall super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a pretty design and nice art! The walls were thick and we heard no sound from outside rooms. The only thing difficult about the room was that the shower is a little temperamental but really no problem.

Front desk is friendly and helpful. When I was not sure about the room price that I had paid, the front desk explained to me in detailed with patience. Breakfast is the only thing that we hope could be improved (not many choices as we expected). Recommend to everyone who needs to have a business trip in San Jose.

The colorful mid-century modern decor throughout the hotel immediately transports you to Palm Springs at it's best. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. With modern-day amenities like the ability to communicate with the staff via text and towels that are softer than most Vegas hotels, The Wild Palms has perfected the art of Hospitality. I loved that we could crack the window open to have some ambient noise come in and at the same time, the heater worked very well, so that we did not get cold or have it running all night. Just a perfect balance. The staff was just amazing. I hadn't realized that the Mystery House required paper tickets, so mine were still on my phone. I sent a text to the front desk and they offered to let me email the tickets down and they would print them free of charge. Further, it was in the low 40's that night, so they were kind enough to hold my tickets at the desk until I came down for them in the morning. They were all so helpful and pleasant. If I'm ever in San Jose again, I'm definitely staying here.

Everything here is great, especially for the price. The rooms are nice looking. Front desk is friendly. They even left a note telling us they set our clocks forward for daylight savings. In a nice location as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful they had a beautiful garden ever where you turned. Staff was very friendly the continental breakfast was delicious they had really good coffee in the morning as well. Room service came early in the morning both days about 9am so if your not an early bird then put the little sign on the door so they won't wake you. I had an awesome experience and if I'm in the area I definitely will be staying with them again

The rooms were clean. We had a summit and all of my company stayed here. We were well taken care of and the staff was very kind. There is a pool also. No complaints and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable to stay.
Rooms are just great and very silent. Easy to park as well. Plenty of space.
Friendly staff. Wild Palms is in a great neighbourhood close to all the tech companies. Breakfast is just OK, because it's free. Very lovely!

The room was great. It was clean, tidy, and stocked well. We had free WiFi, breakfast, a gym, and pool. The staff was really friendly. It was good stay even if we just stayed for the night. There was late check in also which was great because we didn't arrive till after 10pm. The bed was comfortable, no issues with the bedding or towels. The breakfast was the standard eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, and fruit but also had kimchi, rice, yogurt, and other pastries. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a variety of juices were also available to drink. There were also a lot of good restaurants around town. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again.

Insulation isn't great since we could hear what people were saying or doing. Bed and pillows were firm, but comfortable. Showerhead wasn't great, and drain was partially clogged, but managed to take a decent shower. Breakfast was delicious. Will book again though because the room was overall very nice and customer service was very friendly.

I read some good reviews about this hotel so decided to give it a try. I was impressed with the service even before coming. They actually have personalized text confirmation and offered me a way to communicate with the hotel via text messages, which, in my opinion, is really convenient. No early check in guaranteed. The room was also less spacious than we thought but we liked the decoration. There's also breakfast included with the reservation. Wifi is for 3 devices per room max. Free parking. Overall satisfied with our experience.

Love the grounds and pool. Bamboo for ambience. Nice breakfast including hot buffet.
Rooms have enough room and ac keeps it cool in summer.
We got a pool facing room. No noise

Unique decor and arrangement for a reasonable price! I'm a business traveller and found this refreshing and comfortable. Breakfast spread is terrific! Nice job, staff! I'll be back on my future stays in the area.
