If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
I give this place 5 stars , the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfect. Even better than all that was the staff. Housekeeping on the floor I was on witch would be the second floor R 262 , the best service . This one particular beautiful sweet Lady was exceptional. I actually didn't get her name but I will next time , I will for sure be back soon.response / report this review -

Stayed at the Fairfield San Jose Airport back on 3/17/18, arrived at hotel around 10:30pm with my family after long flight and was given a room on first floor and close to lobby. We feel asleep at midnight only to be rudely woken up at 1:30am by the sounds of persons dragging chairs across the floor on and off for 3 hours. We checked with the hotel lobby personnel early next morning and was told employees were setting up banquet room during those hours and our room was directly above the banquet room. Who does that???? One of my worst stays ever! Breakfast food was horrible. It appears this hotel doesn't care much about their guests. One nice thing was hotel shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous.

Decent place. Very nice employees. Conveniently located to three restaurants as you step aside and also a Starbucks. Free breakfast and coffee is actually really good. The cheese omelette was the best. I would stay there again.

This hotel offers an option to leave your car for several days and take a shuttle to the airport. It's great for planning a trip. However, they seem to only have one shuttle running at times which can lead to really long delays. The shuttle starts at 5am weekdays and 6am on weekends which meant we also had to Uber to the airport since our flight was on the early side. The room was nice with a microwave and refrigerator and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants within walking distance which was convenient.

Nice hotel, love the close by amenities [Starbucks and chipotle in the same parking lo]. Room was nice with a small balcony. Would revisit if the opportunity comes up.

Great option if you are flying out of the San Jose airport. Offers free shuttle and $5/night parking. Personally found it difficult to find as it is set back from the road and there were no signs to indicate where to pull in. Was a few small restaurants within walking distance to grab dinner and a Starbucks for your morning coffee.
Room was spacious and pool was nice. Overall good for the purpose of a close/convenient place to sleep before a flight.response / report this review -

When I travel anywhere in the United States, it's always within the Marriott Chain. I have been privileged to have the benefits of being a Platinum Elite Member and utilize them to the fullest.
I would like to thank the Fairfield Inn of San Jose for the number of changes that had taken place to accommodate my group. In particular, Kerri Keith, who really went out of her way to make sure that we were fully satisfied. Especially when we were one of many Guests that she had to attend to, so I want to thank you Kerri for the great job that you did for my group and I.

The hotel is situated right across from several restaurants. It's easily accessible to the freeway. The rooms on the first floor each had a patio. My room was right across from the pool. They had hot and cold breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A nice place for not too much more than a lower quality hotel. Location was good for my purposes, reasonable distance from the convention center, although only with a car. They have a quality breakfast, and good hours. The rooms are pretty big, and although the kitchenette could be better, you don't really need it with the proximity of other restaurants and eateries.response / report this review -

A nice place for not too much more than a lower quality hotel. Location was good for my purposes, reasonable distance from the convention center, although only with a car. They have a quality breakfast, and good hours. The rooms are pretty big, and although the kitchenette could be better, you don't really need it with the proximity of other restaurants and eateries.

Room was great. On a family trip with our Dad (first since his amputation), the handicapped accessible room was great. Lots of room for him to move about in his wheelchair, made him feel regular again, moving about doing things on his own in the room. Great location, easy access to several great restaurants and freeway accessible. Love that there are several eateries adjacent to the property, we got curious and tried a couple out. Room was great. On a family trip with our Dad (first since his amputation), the handicapped accessible room was great. Lots of room for him to move about in his wheelchair, made him feel regular again, moving about doing things on his own in the room. Great location, easy access to several great restaurants and freeway accessible. Love that there are several eateries adjacent to the property, we got curious and tried a couple out. We had a great time.
