Friendiest staff, really good to me. They upgraded my room, shuttled me all over to restaurants, even picked me up from another surrounding hotel. They always make me feel welcome. Conveniently located right off of the 87, clean well-stocked rooms, somehave balconies, plenty of space to stretch your legs. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Complimentary ride to and from SJC Airport. Pool available. The Bistro has great breakfast and lunch items. Great area to take a walk or jog. Close to many convenience stores and restaurants.

Nice accommodations and the staff were very professional (forgive me but the lady that assisted me was a true angel I cannot recall her name).

The rooms are nice and mattress are ok a bit firm but it was a weekend getaway.
The towels were soft and fluffy which was great and a nice addition. TV was a nice size for the room with a great variety of stations to choose from.
Room had a refrigerator so I could put drinks in to keep cool. Shower head was a good quality one nice strong water pressure.

All in all a great time away and will stay there again in the future.

Older hotel that shows its age. It is close to the airport which is why I was there. There are some good food options close by. But the walls are thin so you can hear what's going in in other rooms. Elevators are spread apart so you may have to walk a ways to your room. Overall it was just an ok experience.

Rooms cloud be cleaner. Found hair, on the bed sheets, couch, sink, and restroom. The staff in the front desk were super nice. 3 stars due to the staff making sure my room was clean every day after the initial situation. Lobby is nice, computers are free to use which was great.

We stayed here for 2 nights back in May. The hotel was great! Very clean and modern rooms with nice comfortable beds. Can't beat the location.right across the street from SJC. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the airport.

The staff was willing to go out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. The pool was clean. The food from the restaurant was good. I'd definitely stay here again!!

The style was nice, but the customer service was almost horrendous. It seemed they were understaffed and wouldn't explain their reasoning for bringing necessities late (e.g., toiletries, extra sheets, etc.). They were also doing construction next door and didn't seem to relocate the guests

We used the hotel's parking service for a trip out of San Jose Airport. We were able to park right in front. The desk staff and driver were friendly and got us on our way quickly and efficiently. This is a great alternative to the Doubletree Hotel parking service, which recently doubled their prices to more than twice the rate at the Courtyard Marriott.

I am beyond grateful to the staff of the Courtyard Marriott San Jose! I stayed there for 2 nights for business, I left for the airport and 30 min prior to my flight I realized that I had left my keys (car, condo and security key to my laptop) at the hotel. I called the front desk and ask them to retrieve it, not only they did that but they sent the key with the shuttle driver, so I just went back downstairs to get it from the driver and ran back up! Thank all of you! Best place!

The hotel is clean and very convenient from the airport. The breakfast and Starbucks was a great morning start. I was disappointed with the check in staff as there was was a lack of guidance. He didn't tell us the room we were in, didn't tell us where the elevators, we were left to figure it out ourselves. Not a big deal but when tired from a long flight and it's late, I expected more from a Courtyard. 3.5 out of 5 because of the price, relative to the time of year and occupancy, and the lack of service that night.

I was here for a class and the meeting rooms are nice, the parking is easy. They need to upgrade their chairs, but the general amenities in the meeting rooms are decent. If consider staying there if the price were right. The staff that interacted with were terrific.
