Great gym! Multiple floors.
Terrible customer service. Facilities are clean but look dated. Avoid.
Solid service from Emily Strom, in membership services today. Plenty of good info and none of the gimmicks.
Trainers only smile to people that pay private sessions, it's weird. Trainers hang out there all the time and work out as if they were customers, but bad customers using several machines or spots at a time. Not a friendly environment.
Other than the bathrooms in the locker rooms, there are no restrooms in the 4 floors which makes it uncomfortable to go upstairs/downstairs all the time.
Mary O is great and she should give more classes in this location.
Always well equipped and especially well suited for those of us who find trainers that help you "step it up a notch" more than you would do by yourself.
I love this gym! It's clean the staff is very welcoming and friendly! Not over crowded either!
My husband and I visit this club more than the one's near our work. I've been going for a few years now and love that I can take a class and leave my toddler in the Kid's Club. The 2 hours maximum is just enough time to take an hour yoga class and shower. I feel comfortable at this club unlike some of the others in the city, they don't have the same "home" vibe that Brooklyn Heights have. The young lady who works in the Kids Club during the week, Dana, is very helpful with my toddler who can be a bit of a handful. I think as a parent we all want to feel that our kids are in good hand's and that's how I feel with her.
Great job Brooklyn!
