Flagship Coach store . Awesome shopping experience.
Came here yesterday and wanted to buy a bag. Salesperson took my order, I payed, got my receipt and was told to wait for a bag. They brought one to me, and I decided to check it just to make sure it's a-ok.
Glad I looked because that bag had an imprint from another bag on the front face. Subtle grey-ish imprint that just looks like a stain and does not go away. I asked for another bag, they brought another one. This one had a spot on the front face the size of a pea. I asked for another one! This one was brought down, but the salesperson did not even give it to me - they spotted that something was not right on that one themselves. I sat there trying to choose a bag out of those that they brought to me (and a floor sample), but they all had some damage or marks on them.
Yes, I know leather is not perfect. But it's not leather imperfection, it's damage. Yes, the damage is noticeable only from the close distance. Yes, it won't be something that you spot on the photos. But, is a bag that does not have any sort of damage from the day one too much to ask?
Horrible repair job. Waited a month and $90 after to get the job done. Seams were falling apart where repair was made not even after a 20 min use. Make sure to thoroughly inspect your product after receiving it. Next time going to my local repair purse repair shop.
Nice litle store witht friendly staff but I whoult realy recommend the new Coach fhagship at 5th Av.
the staff on second floor is really wonderful. they made me want to buy everything in the store.
I bought a bag on Black Friday last year online. 2 days later I received an email stating that the bag was sold out in all stores, and they gave me a refund. I went to this store after I received the email and I discovered that there is 1 stock in this store. The sales lady agreed to sell it to me at the price when I bought it on Black Friday. 5 minutes later the manger came and she denied to sell it to me. How could a store turned their word just like that?
