True, the store is busy and noisy and hectic. But the guy with the beard and the tree tattoo (I'm ashamed I don't know his name) is awesome. In the past, EVERY experience getting the right color makeup has been an ordeal. Lots of trial and error. I walk into Mac and with a glance he says, you're N4. I thought no way, but sure enough it's perfect. He did the same thing with concealer. Very happy with my experience.☺️

Went in looking for foundation, and the female sales associate working with me was so snarky and rude when I asked a question I almost walked out of the store. Maybe they don't need to make sales at this location.

I usually love going to Mac, but not this one. Soon as I entered the store they were looking me up and downNo hello just snobby looks. Then wouldn't you believe it they started following me around as if I was going to steal something Didn't ask me if I needed help, just kept staring at me and watching my every move. Finally, I went up to make my purchase and the guy with the glasses told me the color I chose wouldn't be my best option Rude much??.. He gave me this ugly nude color.. I finally told him I wanted someone else to ring me and he acted offended.. I finally left and went to the one inside Macy's.. Which was amazing

-10000 experience.Went in for some lipsticks.As soon as walk in a man in glasses stops and rolls his eyes at me.Another group of employees were standing around in front of the lipsticks not even looking at me. Believe it or not nobody came for you we came to buy makeup.You work in a MAC store in a mall,trust me you're not that big of a deal! Let me buy my items and leave.Spare me and other costumers from dealing with 35 year old divas by actually doing your job and tending to us. If I come in to buy an item and I have to deal with mediocre makeup artists you better believe I will take my money to another store.

Literally the worst customer service. I had gone in for lipgloss. Pretty simple I already knew the color was waiting to be helped (which is fine) and when the lady came over she yells you good and before I could even ask for her to pull the lip gloss so I kindly say no I would like this but I was wondering if it came in a larger size and she rudely barks back. "Well considering you're standing in front of liquid lip stick no your lip gloss does not come I that size. It clearly says it on the sign what that product is!" I have never been so disgusted by a sales associate before. Just rude. A customer had a simple question. never will go back!

Everybody is so laid back and funny. They are all very talented makeup artist & knowledgeable, Keri did my makeup for my birthday yesterday, and I loved it! This will be the only MAC store I purchase from.
