  I rarely every shop at Nordstrom.and I rarely do reviews. But I had a beautiful experience with one of the new people in the womens department. I’ve already called but I just had to do an online review as well. I learned that her name was Domonique and she was right around my daughters age and she was wonderful!!! She helped me find everything I needed [plus more:)]and did it all with a smile. They staff are usually great but she put a smile on my face that day. Go Nordstrom twelve oaks!!!!! I will be returning!!!!

  I am an avid Nordstroms shopper, but this was by far the worst experience in this store I have ever had. As I was browsing through the nearly empty store I started to accumulate clothing. Instead of asking me if I wanted to try them on, they told me I was making a mess. Wow, are you kidding me? After waiting for around 15 minutes I asked if anyone was going to help me. The three associates looked at each other and asked, "Who wants it?" Once again, are you kidding me. A lady name Brin drew the short stick. Brin may suffer from a mental condition as she could not help herself by trying to upsell me items that I clearly did not need. She also sized me wrong and sold me "New" shirts with stains on them. I cherry on top came during the checkout. I am not exaggerating when I say it took 20 minutes for her to check me out. She was so clueless that she did not know how to add my Nordstrom card so I can collect points. AVOID this Nordstroms at all costs!

  Best Nordstrom around! The staff here is way better than the staff at Somerset! They are accommodating, and make sure you are satisfied, not snoody like the people at Somerset! They definitely have earned all my Nordstrom related purchases!

  This is not the largest Nordstrom but it has everything I need. Kids shoes and clothing, women's clothing for all needs and occasions, and wonderful shoes! The sales people here are so friendly and helpful; more so than their counterparts at their sister store at the Somerset Collection. I feel that I have the space and the time to shop here, and am always given attention when needed and never feel rushed. This is my go-to store for nearly everything. Their phone app is also convenient and easy to use. I have yet to use the curb-side pick up, but I'm sure that will be useful one day. The cafe is a nice place to grab a bite, and my daughter has always enjoyed the food and the space too. Finally, their customer service doesn't disappoint. If you are tired of poor return policies or poor service, shop Nordstrom and experience respectful service.

  Alexis was incredible in the Fragrance/Cosmetics department. She was helpful on the spot. She didnt hesitate to find me the PRECISE item that I was in search of. Thank you Alexis!!! The best to you always! you definitely made it quick, simple, and swift. I appreciate all the help!!

  One of my favorite places to shop! Everyone here is so helpful and nice that it makes the shopping experience really good. They aren't pushy or overwhelming and let you take your time and shop at your own pace. Recommend to everyone.

  Husband Review:
  66% D (Would come again, if I got a pay raise or she let me get a bike).
  
  "Sit-ability": 10/10
  -Seats Galore, many husbands spotted relaxing.
  
  Music: 9/10
  -Mix of calm music and upbeat oldies. Hardly above backround noise
  
  Smell: 7/10
  -Scented, but not pungent. To be expected when a quarter of your store is a perfume shop
  
  Affordability: 1/10
  -"Are you [expletive] kidding me? [expletive]."
  -"Seriously, that's two car payments for half a dress."
  -T-shirts can be found in $19.99 - $49.99 range.
  
  Miscellaneous: 6/10
  -Multiple Bathrooms (+2)
  -Very open-air. Easy to find her. (+1)
  -First floor (of two) is essentially half shoes and half perfume. (-3)
  -High traffic at 2:00pm-3:00pm. Can only imagine the busy hours. (-2)
  -Her clothes were basically sold out in (all?) her size(s?) (-2)
  -Men's section. Just as expensive. (0)

  I love the stock, not the staff.
  I'm always impressed by the selection of goods. It's the kind of place where if you want it, they'll probably have it. They've got great variety for every style.
  The staff on the other hand, isn't so great. Most of them are pretty stuck up, as if working at Nordstrom suddenly makes them better than everyone else. I've noticed that they'll usually greet people who look like they have money to spend, and ignore the ones who don't. I've also noticed that they treat plus size female shoppers rather poorly. I overheard a customer ask about plus size women's clothes and the saleswoman actually scoffed at the question. As if it were ridiculous to expect anyone to make or carry fashion for plus sizes.

  Service is up to par of what you would expect. These guys/gals have always treated us nicely, it does not matter if you purchasing a $20 item or $2000 item.
