Mei did a wonderful job on my gel nails. She is so sweet. The owner Stephenie is great too. Good quality. Pedicures are amazing! I highly recommend this salon.

I have never been so relaxed while getting my nails and toes done! The salon itself is so beautiful and open. The staff is also so welcoming, and funny! But best of all is the quality of the work! Stephanie usually does my nails and I NEVER have a problem with chipping or breaking. I love it there and recommend Luxe Nails to anyone I know loves to get their nails and feet done

I have been coming here and seeing Stephanie for almost 4 years. I moved to the area and had no idea where to go to get my nails done.

One day I thought I would give it a shot. The salon is HUGE! They have 20 custom pedi chairs and about 15-20 nail stations. They also always have enough people in on busy days so I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes if I didn't have an appointment.

Stephanie takes her time and is incredibly thorough and efficient. I have been getting my nails done for about 15 years and she is consistent with every visit. I have seen her for acrylics and also just gel manis after my acrylics were removed. She's easy to talk to and remembers you. More importantly she remembers how you like your nails! I have never had to remind her about my nail shape because she remembers. That is really important to me. It shows she pays attention. She also works with her team to teach them the same techniques and why it's important to remember people. She's all about service.

It feels good to go somewhere where you feel taken care of and cared about.

Nice place. Staff was very friendly. They were very kind to me to Squeeze me in before her next client. I got a manicure, she did a nice job with the short nails that I wanted but wish she did a little more time shaping them. Overall great place and great prices

I arrived at my 12:30 basic manicure appointment 10 minutes early on my lunch break. There were 4 employees there, and only one customer besides myself. I picked out my color and had a seat. The 3 unoccupied employees were chatting for 10 minutes before my nail technician came to the station I was at. Instead of starting on my nails, she sat down and began texting several people. She then filed a single nail before asking me how I wanted them shaped because she was preoccupied talking to her coworker. She took half an hour to JUST file my nails and then informed me that I would be charged an extra $10 just for shaping them. She was rude and unprofessional and has ridiculous pricing. I will never go here again. Do not waste your time or money!

Love this salon! I am a student at Ohio State & when moving to a new area, it can be so difficult to find a new salon that does your nails the way you like. Stephanie treated me with great hospitality & tweaked my full set to my exact preference!

I'm kind of torn on this one but I'm going to round up to 4.

We had a girls day, me, my mom, and my sister here one Sunday. That's a bonus, they're open on Sundays. They have tons of colors to choose from and its huge! there are 20 pedi chairs alone! I thought my sister had specified the cheaper basic option, but either she didn't or they didn't understand/hear, because we got the next step up which was the cuticle treatment and massage and what not. No big deal still a decent price at $35. The water got a little hot at one point, but my tech promptly cooled it down for me when I said something.

Now the reason I'm not so thrilled, is that an older lady (which by reading other reviews seems to be the owner?) was walking around loudly talking on the phone and at one point belittling another tech while she was working on a customer. Seriously?

But the techs we had were great. It's been a month and my toes still look spectacular! One word of caution, is don't try to run a prepaid card here, it won't go through but the holding charge will still be there ugh

I went just for a manicure and left with really awesome gel polished nails. I had a bad experience before in a nail salon in California, but Stephanie was just wonderful. She did an amazing job. They lasted about 3 weeks without any chips and my natural nails were not damaged. Definitely recommend her.
