Great hair cut, Kelly works with my hair not against it. I have received a ton of compliments over the cut.

I had two cuts there, and I realized my stylist was cutting my layers in such a way that the bottom layer (mid chest) looked more like strings hanging down than an actual part of my coiff. I changed.

This is a fantastic salon! Jen cut my hair using the three steps DevaCurl process and I have never been happier with how my hair has turned out! I will come here again and again! It has great prices considering the level of talent the staff has and everyone is very friendly. The salon has a chill but professional vibe that makes you feel right at home. I am SO happy I stumbled upon this place and I will continue to drive the hour and a half it takes me to get there!

I have been going to Lucky 13 for over 5 years now and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. Finally settled on a stylist that does my hair perfect every single time and listens to what I want. I go to Jen and she is an absolute doll! Very skilled and very friendly! The other stylists in this salon are very skilled a well. The shop is also very clean and has a very unique style :)

This is the best hair salon in town. They do anything you could think of that you would want done to your hair. The prices are a little steep but the service and hospitality make it well worth it.

I have never been treated as poorly as I was today. I scheduled my first ever appointment with this salon for 4:30 today. I work downtown and left for the salon at 4:19. I realized quickly that traffic was slower than normal so I called the salon to make them aware I would be a few minutes late. The girl that answered how late and I said probably 7 or 8 minutes. She seemed annoyed and said we will see you soon. I rushed to the salon and walked in at 4:39 and I knew that due to my GPS that was still on when I walked in. The young man at the front desk greated me and I apologized for being a few minutes late and let him know there was a minor accident and traffic was slower than normal. He excused himself and said he would be right back. I took my suit jacket off and started to sit down when he came back and said they would not be able to help me today. At this point it was 4:41 and he said they had a 10 minute rule for appointments and that I could come back some other time. Upset I delicined and decided to leave. Upset with the scenario I walked to my car and decided I wanted to make the owner aware of my horrible experience. I called the salon while in my car and was immediately put on hold. I waited 7 minutes on hold until I realized they were never going on pick the phone back up. I walked back to the salon with my phone in hand and asked the two associates at the counter why I was still on hold. They apologized and then I demanded the name and phone number of the owner. Finally I got a generic email for the salon and the owners name. I would recommend not going to this salon due to the attitude of its employees. I usually experience much better service as a Clintonville resident at local Clintonville businesses.

Been getting my hair cut for the last 5 years since I moved to Columbus from the suburbs. Haven't had a bad haircut the entire time. Jesse is definitely one of the best in the business.

I have been coloring my hair for 30 yrs. Kasandra by far has done the best job ever!! Even my husband noticed how great my color wasand he was happy with the fact that I come home from saloon, in a great mood:)
