Wonderful experience and enjoying my hairstyle. The staff is friendly and inviting and able to answer any product or service question. Lacey is my hairstylist and does a wonderful job at allowing you to feel comfortable during your visit. The overall feel of the salon is wonderful and the services are affordable. I'm very glad I found Phia and will definitely be a return customer!

I had a wonderful experience at Phia Salon. I was in dire need of a hair cut and felt much lighter and confident when walking out of the salon. I also got a deep conditioning hair treatment, and my hair is still feeling soft days later. The biggest result was probably from the facial that I also received, which taught me that my skin was dry. I went out that day and bought face moisturizer and have noticed a big difference in my skin and a decrease in acne. It was also just an enjoyable experience, which is hard to come by!

I absolutely love coming to Phia to get my hair done. This last time I chose the mini facial as my complimentary sensory experience and I was in heaven. I used to see Lindsey Rose, but now that she has left, I am working with Jonelle. She is wonderful! I will definitely remain a customer at Phia!

I had a great experience with Phia Salon. My hair turned out exactly how I want it. I am in the process of going blonde from dark brown, so damage is a concern, but my stylist, Rania, has guided me through the process without any noticeable damage. She knows what I want even if I am not able to explain it well. The service is amazing, and the staff are great. They truly care about making the experience perfect.

I enjoyed my experience with Gavin at Phia Salon. He knew exactly what to do with my hair to make it look better. He was cordial, professional, pleasant to be around, etc. When I arrived, there was no wait for my appointment. He also estimated 3.5 hours but I was out in 2 so that was very nice. The ambience is very comfortable and classy. It is a small space but everything is laid out perfectly to where you don't feel cramped.

Lacey took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Everything she was going to do was discussed prior, and I even knew how much it was going to cost before she even started! The duration of the appointment was what we had discussed as well. The overall experience was friendly and relaxing. I will definitely return to Phia.

My experience at Phia was wonderful. No wait, my stylist took her time with me asking me what I wanted and did a great job on my cut. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage as well! She shared the products she used on me and offered great advice. I highly recommend your salon!

I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get my color corrected before starting a new job. I didn't have a very clear idea what I wanted, but my stylist, Marisa, did a fantastic job of listening. Based on our text conversation in advance of the appointment, she had two different methods of achieving my desired result to suggest when I came in - drawn up with prices and time estimates before we even started! In the end, it honestly came out better than I had pictured.

I have been to other salons that are enjoyable because of the spa treatments and the nice atmosphere, but this is by far the most professional I have had the pleasure of working with.

Dru did a really good job of finding out what my needs were and giving me a style based on that. I've found very few people who can do my bangs the way I like them and she did them perfectly! She did a gorgeous job on my layers as well. I also really enjoyed my facial :) My skin was glowing afterwards. Overall great experience, and not pricey at all.

I LOVE it here! Dru is my girl. I always leave in love with my hair, feeling pampered and confident. The girls here are absolute gems. So friendly and sweet. The scalp massages are everything. Dru always goes above and beyond for me, my husband and mother-in-law also go to see her and absolutely adore her! She is a literal ray of sunshine and honestly just the best human to visit with. I love their products and you can see how much they educate their employees and value costumer service. 10/10 love!

I recently visited Phia for the first time. My appointment was for a haircut with Lindsey. First, I loved the low-key atmosphere at Phia. The friendliness of the staff really made for a great experience. I also really appreciated the tips Lindsey gave regarding my concerns with moisture and texture of my hair--thanks! I really dig my new cut and I can't wait to go back for the color appointment!

Once you enter the door to Phia Salon, the staff and overall atmosphere is consistently welcoming. I always feel recognized, as well as acknowledged. It has been a hair blessing to find Lindsey, a girl who understands my thick, short hair. From day one of having her cut my hair, I knew she understood not only what I wanted from a haircut, but also my hair on it's own. She has always gave me a successful haircut and is a master at thinning out and texturizng my mop. I also appreciated the new staff that was helping out on the day I was in. The girl who washed my hair and gave me a wonderful hand massage was friendly and you could tell she was excited for her opportunity to work at Phia.

My experience at Phia Salon has been amazing the two times I went! I decided to go from long hair to a pixie after years of debating and there was nobody more perfect for the job than Lindsey. I'm a naturally anxious person but she was super encouraging and sweet. She gave me advice and answered any silly questions I had. I'm very happy about my decision to have chosen her as my stylist!
The salon itself has a really positive vibe too. Everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to, and they provide free messages/drink with an appointment. Overall highly recommended and worth every cent.

This was my first time at the salon. I went on a recommendation from a friend. From the initial phone call to book, I knew it would be a great experience. They were friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the salon, a gentleman promptly signed me in and asked if I would like I beverage. My hairdresser was on time, provided me with tons of feedback and answered all of my silly questions without hesitation. I received a complimentary head massage - which was so great - and she walked me through what products she was using and why she recommended them. She spent a lot of time on my hair and took my thoughts seriously. I was very pleased with the value, and I will be returning at the end of next month! :) I have had great feedback from those who have seen it down and styled! It has styled easily too. Especially with my product purchases!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Phia. My stylist was out of this world. I really appreciated how in depth she was, wanting to know exactly what I wanted. I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I have ever added color to my hair but she made me feel at ease and you could tell she was really focused/concerned about my happiness with the finished product. It was easy to relate to her. She was welcoming, talkative but not too talkative. I got the sense she really wanted me to enjoy my time there. I also had interaction with other staff and they were also very pleasant. My time spent at Phia was therapeutic and I WILL be coming back. The new space is great, by the way!
