  I live close by so very convenient. I have learned however to make an appointment beforehand. with the person I want to do my nails. Key point because it took me a few visits to find an efficient tech who really took the time to do a great job!

  Went in for my birthday, paid $70 for nails that look like trash. Didn't come out with the design I wanted, and it was a very simple design. Very rushed, and treated me terrible. I recommend for no one to ever even consider this salon. Such a waste.

  I have had many wonderful experiences here but the last two have left me with a mani and pedi that looked like they were done by an 8 year old. Yesterday was the worstfrench manicure that looks so bad I am embarassed to go to work today! I will have to go to another salon to get it fixed. It is really aggravating to spend $100 and not love what you got! Oh, and, the nail beds and cuticles of my fingers are SORE! That has never happened before :( In spite of their convenience, I will never go there again.

  I called and made an appointment and described the services I wanted. I was placed with someone who only knows how to do manicures. I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for a qualified tech became available which is ridiculous! Only 4 techs in the ENTIRE salon is qualified to do acrylic nails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. You will NOT be pampered.

  I called around 6:40 to make sure it was ok still come( being considerate of the fact that they close at 7:30) and the guy told me it was fine to come on, I was only 5 mins away. When I got there the guy that actually took me and did my nails was not nice and very rude. He was rushing and my nails at the end (which I didn't notice until I left) looked horrible! This place was recommended by a friend, and her nails look nice from the girl that has done hers a few times. But this guy was mad that I was there close to closing I guess, which made my experience not so pleasant. Not to mention this place is a little on the pricey side. I would not recommend this place at all because I'm all about great customer service.

  Saw a bunch of other positive reviews so decided to try this place out. It is just as good as every says it is. I got a gel manicure which usually lasts me about 2-3 weeks but this one lasted for almost a full 4 weeks before I started getting chips. The woman who did my nails, I forget her name, was friendly and engaged in conversation with me.
  Before I went, I looked at prices online and while it seemed expensive, I thought it would be worth it for a quality service. I ended up paying much less than I thought I would ($38 vs $55).
  Well worth the price and I had an amazing experience!

  Best place ever to get your nails done. I will never go to another nail place to get my nails done. They are so nice and understanding! I love all the people that work there they are all nice!
