Great hotel right in the middle of downtown Los Angeles. Rooms are new and modern. Restaurant is very cool looking and great food. The elevators are a bit of a pain as you have to use your room key and select your floor and you are told which elevator to use. No way to get to another floor if you need to go meet someone. Lobby is a great place to hang out with coffee and water.

Love the Hotel. Hate the attitude of the front desk clerk, When the help that is serving you feels they are better than you there is a problem. There was three of us in the hotel. We checked out the next day. We are the ones on a business trip staying in a 3 star hotel with customer service rated as a -5 Star. Pick a better hotel. You will be happy at the Hilton or the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. Stay away from the snobbish Sheraton downtown.
Excellent remodeled Hotel with exceptionally poor front desk service. Its a shame to be talked down to by a front desk clerk that just works there. Does not own the property. His attitude says different. Pick the Hilton or the Westin Bonaventure Hotel if you are looking for a good hotel with better customer service.

Easy to get to location. Very nice lobby. Rooms are above average rooms, except there are minimal light switches, replaced by lamps. Service at the front desk was quick and friendly.
Happy with stay! Large and spacious room, which was well stocked, kept clean and was functioning! The Club Lounge offered a delicious breakfast each morning. Within walking distance to many of the major areas. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.
Beautiful rooms, friendly service. I like the privacy of the lounge floor. Also they received 4 packages for me in advance of my arrival. This was helpful for me because I was attending a trade show and needed marketing materials delivered. The neighborhood was a little rough, but for downtown LA I guess that was normal. Overall, nice hotel and good service.
Was here a week on biz and had a great experience. My room was well stocked, kept clean and everything functioned as it should. The common areas are very nice, good bar area with plenty of room to gather with friends. Pretty much everything you could possibly need is within walking distance and Uber is quickly available for outings. I did not have a car so I can not speak to the parking issue, but I do know the staff was more than willing to help with anything needed.

The hotel was lovely! I really enjoyed the style in the lobby. Great location for dinner options in walking distance. The elevator is very high tech, almost annoyingly so. The room was very spacious, bed very comfy.
Rooms are fantastic. Elevators are interesting -- no floor buttons, instead it has a screen outside based off of keycard. The hotel doesn't really have a great lobby or hangout space -- it's right next to a mall though which has ample chill spaces
This hotel is in a great location in downtown LA. Stayed here on a quick trip recently and were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are nice and the upper floors have a good view. The District restaurant, on the first floor is trendy, but good. Would consider staying here again when I'm in LA

Very nice hotel. Rooms are fairly large and very comfortable. Beds, linen and pillows are great and service is friendly and nice. In a fairly central area of downtown Los Angeles with plenty of local venues for food. I personally stay in the Burbank area when staying in Los Angeles but was brought to the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles as the hotel of choice for a conference - and I must say I initially had my concerns but am very happy with the hotel.

We left a character blanket that my daughter favored in the bed. We're 100% certain about it because none of us packed it in the morning we checked out. My daughter called back the hotel and, of course, it was not reported to the lost and found. The moral and the integrity of the room staffs are very poor. Disappointed and frustrated.
Pros: recently renovated, overall fancy and clean. Good location in downtown with the shopping mall in the neighborhood. View from the lounge and the fitness club is awesome.
Cons: due to the downtown location, noisy during the night. Some drilling during our stay. Food selection in the lounge was so so.
