Was here for a company luncheon and stuck around for drinks after. The service was great and we had fantastic views of the sunset. I rode my bike here so I can't comment on parking, but they did have a bike rack in the back!

Good location near the pier. Stayed in a partial ocean view room which meant it was visible at a certain angle and only a few inches. The walls seemed thin as we could hear every person walk by and get off elevator. But since I wasn't planning on hanging in hotel room during my stay it wasnt that bad.

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent and friendly service, suited perfectly to enjoy Santa Monica. The concierge went 'above and beyond' to help with directions for various visits and I cannot praise him enough. A wonderful place.

We were only here for a few hours. The valet parking attendants were very cordial and efficient. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out within walking distance of the famous Santa Monica pier. It has an entry way to beach and the pool and restaurant have ocean views.

Really great experience. Loved the incredibly big room, beds are over the top comfy, sleep was made exceptional by this feature Everything about the room was honestly just amazing. One issue was the dresser was old, outdated, and somewhat damaged & frankly for the cost that's hugely tacky. Beside that one thing I was and still am blown away. The best part was the little balcony's our rooms had facing the ocean, made for beautiful views and such an amazing experience.. I docked one star because of the dresser and the heat I inside the hallways of the hotel and frankly it felt way to warm throughout the hotel for a already hot Summer day. I normally do not give such detailed reviews but I honestly felt this place deserved it because they were AMAZING AND EXCELLENT. Customer care & service was above and beyond as well. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL TRAVELING TO THE AREA YOU'LL LOVE IT AS WELL..

Bait and Switch. We called and tried to book a room for the promotion the hotel has which is stay 3 night and get 1 free. On line there was no availability. We called and the representative was not only rude but extremely unprofessional. We checked all of August, September and October and was told that no rooms are available for that promotion. What a scam. If the hotel is going to offer this promotion they should actually be able to fulfill the request. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager available. What a shame this hotel has to have such rude representatives and have to stoop to baiting and switching the public.

I tend to stay at high end hotels. I usually stay at Starwood properties but decided to give the Loews a try after eating at their restaurant in Tucson. All I can say is wow. This has to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I saw their staff cleaning rooms, seriously impeccable. Pool side service was very good and attentive. Young server names Ty was exceptional and very polite. The food was good in the hotel and pool side. Staff really did go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My only complaint is their resort fee of $25 and the lack of setup on the beach. After all this is a beach front property, this clearly needs some more thought. You can't expect your guests paying $500 a night to haul chairs and a huge umbrella out to the beach. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely!

The hotel is lovely but I usually come here to go to the outdoor restaurant, sit by a fire pit and look at the ocean, Santa Monica pier and the beautiful sunsets. The staff is attentive and personable. You will always feel special.

Incredible service from the moment we walked in. Atop Nob Hill, with stellar views of the city. Housekeeping barged in on us at 7pm but was apologetic. Room was decorated very nicely and bathroom was four times as big as most hotel bathrooms (no exaggeration!) Excellent location in terms of walking distance to all we wanted to do. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

1) Polite, courteous staff. Everyone greeted us warmly. When we took the back stairs down to street level (which takes you sorta to the linens area, not a place where guests and staff usually encounter one another), they were friendly and warm there.
2) Clean, nice rooms. Had a double Queen. Comfortable and spacious, the room was well worth it; bed linens soft, carpet clean, TV and channel selection good. Bathroom area was well-equipped.
3) A fantastic view of the ocean with Santa Monica pier or 3rd Street promenade a short 10 minutes walk away. Easy access to the jogging / biking road.
4) a few minor knocks. The air vent in the bathroom next to the shower was very, very dusty. Looked not to have been cleaned in a while. The soap stand in the shower must have been used by a guest as a hand rest, because it was loose and the soap kept sliding down. Finally, one elevator was broken so it left one functional for our wing. Which was fine really, taking the stairs is healthier.
5) Did I mention the view and location are fantastic? Overall great stay!response / report this review
