Great service, everyone that we came in contact with at the hotel was willing to go above and beyond. Wonderful stay, nice people, clean rooms, good location.

The hotel was well presented and rooms furnished to a high degree. Very clean and tidy, breakfast was a disappointment as the waiter didn't appear to know what he was doing and got the order wrong several times. Forgot to give us, salt, pepper, milk, butter and even forgot the knives. Then bedroom walls were very thin and the wall rattled everyone someone closed thier door in an adjacent room.

This place looks very nice from outside and inside. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. A friendly fellow by the name of Juan Carlos helped me out. He knew the area pretty well and recommended a place for my husband and I to have dinner. Will definitely return here.

Great location a block away from the beach. The hotel is very nice inside and is best suited for families and couples. The pool is small but the chairs were clean and all had towels set up already. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas that you have to carry from the hotel, across the street and all the way to the ocean front. It's a pretty long walk and I was expecting more of a resort experience where someone sets up the chairs for you. There is no concierge lounge but they offer free breakfast for two if you are a gold or platinum member. The breakfast is decent with the cold options and eggs included. It's extra for the hot food items, which there weren't a lot of. The rooms themselves are very nice. They are clean and the shower looks recently redone. The room was very dark inside, even with all of the lights on and the curtains open which was annoying. Beware of the Cafe next door for breakfast. It is overpriced and the food was very bland.

Amazing hotel and location. Just a few steps from the beach, the Santa Monica Pier and the city center. The rooms are finely furnished and they have everything you need to feel comfortable. Surely recommend this hotel.

We arrived early and the entire team was so friendly and accommodating with our luggage. Tano took us under his wing for a quick tour of the grounds, beach access, and a few local tips. He genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and we did. Thank you!

Nice hotel walking distance to the beach, great bar in the lobby and there a beautiful spa with a heated pool for guests to enjoy with a full service menu and drinks. Double bed rooms have smaller beds than expected. But over all a good place to stay in santa Monica if your price per night range is between $400 to $600 per night.

I met some work people at the lounge and it was great. The beautiful sea air was nice after a long day cooped up inside. Food was delicious (get the hummus) and service was attentive but not overbearing.

Shout out to some of the highest caliber talent in the industry as well as across America! My friends and I stayed at JW Marriott in Santa Monica for three nights. We had a blast coming and going throughout the day. Regardless of the shape we were in from "having a good time," we were treated fabulously. The people below are not only high octane individuals they are good people and now friends. Massive thanks to Kayla, Cara, Vidal and Thomas!! We will see you all again when the beacon goes off.

This Marriott is in a prime location pretty much on the beach and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the gentleman manning the front door. Rooms are clean, modern. There's plenty of open air areas within the hotel to enjoy the good weather.

Excellent service, all of the employees were polite, helpful and friendly. They were able to answer questions and helped with some local directions. The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect. It was nice for them to have gluten free toast as an option for breakfast! I came here for business and will definitely keep it in mind for future traveling.

Nice hotel across the street from the Ocean and within walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier. My room was comfortable and clean with a small walkout patio. No view of ocean, however. Lobby bar is nice if a bit small in size. There is a comfortable outdoor area adjacent to the bar.
